Tarpkultūrinių kompetencijų ugdymas švietimo sektoriaus socialinės ekonominės raidos internacionalizavimo sąlygomis

Baigiamajame magistro darbe yra nagrinėjamas tarpkultūrinių kompetencijų poreikis ir ugdymo ypatumai švietimo sektoriaus socialinės ekonominės raidos internacionalizavimo sąlygomis. Tarpkultūrinės kompetencijos yra apibrėžiamos kaip tam tikrų žinių, įgūdžių ir nuostatų pagrindu įgytas individo gebėjimas efektyviai dirbti skirtingų kultūrų sąveikos kontekste. Magistro darbe yra analizuojamos tarpkultūrinių kompetencijų ugdymo bendrojo lavinimo įstaigose ir aukštojo mokslo institucijose problemos. Tarpkultūrinių kompetencijų ugdymas - tai nauja mokslinė sritis, kuri yra mažai nagrinėjama Lietuvos mokslinėje literatūroje, tačiau yra labai aktuali vykstant spartiems globalizacijos procesams.Magistro darbe yra pateikiamas kompleksinis tarpkultūrinių kompetencijų ugdymo modelis, suponuojantis atskirų tarpkultūrinių kompetencijų elementų ugdymo prioritetų nustatymą. Analizuojami tarpkultūrinių kompetencijų ugdymo Lietuvoje ir Europos Sąjungoje ypatumai. Taip pat darbe yra pristatoma empirinio tyrimo, kuris skirtas tarptautinio verslo specialisto esminių kompetencijų kompleksui nustatyti, rezultatų analizė. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius tarpkultūrinių kompetencijų ugdymo aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro šios dalys: įvadas, internacionalizavimo procesai švietimo sektoriuje šiuolaikinės visuomenės ekonomikos raidos kontekste, tarpkultūrinėms kompetencijoms ugdyti švietimo sektoriuje internacionalizavimo sąlygomis panaudotinų teorijų ir metodikų studija, tarpkultūrinėms kompetencijoms ugdyti švietimo sektoriaus internacionalizavimo sąlygomis skirti empiriniai tyrimai, tarptautinės vadybos tobulinimo priemonės, įgyvendintinos ugdant tarpkultūrines kompetencijas, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 82 p. teksto be priedų, 29 iliustr., 13 lent., 61 bibliografinių šaltinių.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The thesis examines the importance and the pecularities of the intercultural competence development in the education sector under the social economic internationalization curcumstances.The intercultural competence in the thesis is defined as the ability to operate effectively in culturally diverse settings. The thesis analyzes problems concerning the intercultural competence development in the secondary and high education levels. The intercultural competence development is the new scientific field which is rarely studied in the Lithuanian scientific literature but very topical in the fast globalization processes.The thesis presents the complex model of intercultural competence. Also examines the singularities of the intercultural competence development in Lithuania and other European countries. Moreover, the thesis introduces the results of the empirical research during which there were found out the complex of the competences needfull for the international business managers. As a result of the theoretical analysis and empirical research, the thesis gives conclusions and recommendations.Structure: introduction, the internationalization processes in the education sector in up-to-date societal economics development context, the analysis of theories and models for developing the intercultural competences in education sector under the internationalization circumstances, the empirical research intended to the development of the intercultural competences under the internationalization circumstances, development of the international management instruments used for the formation of the intercultural competences, conclusions and suggestions, references.
