Kenos pasienio stoties darbo analizė
Šiame darbe analizuojama Kenos pasienio geležinkelio stoties padalinių atliekamų veiksmų tarpusavio sąveika, atskirų tarnybų vykdomų darbų įtaka bendram stoties veiklos rezultatui. Pagrindinis stoties tikslas- maksimaliai sutrumpinti vagonų prastovos laiką ir pasiekti didžiausią prekinių traukinių pralaidumą. Darbe išanalizuota stotyje dirbančių tarnybų darbo specifika, nustatytos pagrindinės technologinės bei organizacinės problemos, pasiūlyti sprendimo variantai, gerinantys darbo kokybę bei spartą.Siekiant maksimaliai sutrumpinti vagonų prastovos laiką, nurodomi neperformuojamų bei performuojamų vagonų prastovas lemiantys veiksniai (krovinių važtos dokumentų forminimo laikas, dokumentų judėjimo kelias, šilumvežio trūkumas konkrečiu metu, vagonų performavmo laikas, stoties kelių išdėstymas, persvėrimo svarstyklių personalo darbo grafikas). Atlikus analizę, nustatytiems darbo veiklos trūkumams pasiūlyti atitinkami sprendimai.Darbą sudaro 4 dalys: įvadas, bendras stoties aprašymas, stoties darbuotojų atliekamų funkcijų analizė, pasiūlymai stoties darbo veiklos efektyvumui didinti, stoties reorganizuoto darbo proceso ekonominio efektyvumo skaičiavimas, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 69 p. teksto be priedų, 19 iliustr., 1 lent., 10 bibliografinių šaltinių.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
In this work it is analysed the frontier railway station Kena personnel work reciprocity, seperate personnel work influence on general work result of the station. The main purpose- most shorten downtime of carriages and obtain most throughput of the trains with goods. In this work it is analysed the particularity of work, definited main technological and organizational problems, suggested variants of solutions, which improve the quality and speed of work. On purpose mostly shorten throughput of trains, it is named factors determinanted the throughputs of not remoulded and remoulded trains (the time of formalizing of freight documents, the moving way of documents, the lack of locomotive concrete moment, the time of remoulding carriages, the positions of the tracks in the station, the work schedul of the outweigh scale personnel).After analysis, were suggested solutions to failings which were definited. The work consists of 4 parts: introduction, main description of the station, the analysis of work of the personnel, the suggestions to increase the efficiency of work of the station, the economic counting of the reorganizated work process, conclusions and suggestions, the list of the literature.The size of the work- 69 p. of the text without appendage, 19 ilustrations, 1 table, 10 sourses.Separately added appendages of the work.
