Baigiamasis magistro darbas yra „pereinamosios erdvės”, kaip miesto gyvenimo reiškinio, daugialypių tipologinių miesto identitetų ir miesto kultūros projektavimo bei tobulinimo priemonių, susijusių su miesto, kaip galerijos fiziniu ir skaitmeniniu įsikūnijimu, menine paradigma, tyrinėjimas. "Perėjimo" fenomenas sukuria tam tikras fizines ir minties struktūras, taip pat konkrečių socialinių sąveikų ir patirčių potencialą dėl judėjimo galimybės.Darbo tikslas yra suprasti Vilniaus miesto identiteto fragmentų kultūrinės struktūros pereinamosios erdvės prigimtį ir elementus. Išsiaiškinti jų suvokimo šiuolaikiniame pasaulyje principus ir jų kūrimo miesto audinyje metodiką, siekiant sustiprinti miesto įvaizdį bei stiprinti kultūrinio branduolio ryšį su kasdieniu miesto gyvenimu ir didinti tokių nevienareikšmių erdvių/teritorijų kokybę.Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro tekstinė byla, brėžiniai ir du maketai. Tekstinės bylos sudėtis: įvadas, analitinė-metodinė, eksperimentinė-tiriamoji, eksperimentinė-projektinė dalys, išvados, literatūros sąrašas ir priedai (iš viso 85 psl. be priedų, 81 iliustracija, 2 lentelės, 28 literatūros šaltiniai). Grafinę dalį sudaro 10 vertikalių planšetų (70x100 cm), urbanistinės koncepcijos maketas (M 1:1000) ir fragmento detalizacijos maketas (M 1:500).
The following final master's thesis is an exploration of ”transitional space” as a phenomenon of the city life, multiple typological urban identities, and means of designing and enhancing urban culture within the artistic paradigm of the city as a gallery in a physical and digital embodiment. The nature of transitional phenomenon creates particular structures, physical and mind, as well as the potential for specific social interactions and experiences by the fact of movement.The aim is to understand the nature and elements of transitional space within the cultural structure of Vilnius city identity fragments, to figure out the principles of their perception in the modern world and the methodology of their implementation into the urban fabric in order to enhance the city image, make a stronger connection between the cultural core and everyday city life and raise the quality of such ambiguous spaces. The final work consists of a text file, graphic material and two physical models. Composition of the text file: introduction, analytical-methodical, experimental-investigative, experimental-project parts, conclusions, references and annexes (total 85 pages without annexes, 81 illustrations, 2 tables, 28 references). The graphic part consists of 10 vertical boards (70x100 cm), layout model of the urban concept (scale 1: 1000) and a conceptual layout model of the detailed fragment (scale 1: 500).
