Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama technologinių inovacijų vaidmens formuojant įmonės konkurencinį pranašumą baldų pramonės sektoriuje problematika. Teorinėje dalyje išanalizuoti pagrindiniai technologinių inovacijų plėtros ir konkurencinio pranašumo teoriniai aspektai, kuriais remiantis nustatoma technologinių inovacijų vaidmens formuojant konkurencinį pranašumą baldų pramonės sektoriuje problematika, nustatyta technologinių inovacijų vieta inovacijų sistemoje, pateiktos teorinės prielaidos inovacinės aplinkos kūrimui, nustatyta technologinių inovacijų įtaka gamybos plėtrai ir pagrindinės problemos ir galimos rizikos, pateikiama konkurencinio pranašumo koncepcija, vertinimas, nustatyti pagrindiniai įtakojantys veiksniai. Praktinėje darbo dalyje atlikta išsami Lietuvos baldų pramonės situacijos analizė. Remiantis tyrimo metu gautais anketinės apklausos rezultatais nustatytas technologinių inovacijų vaidmuo formuojant įmonės konkurencinį pranašumą. Atliktas empirinis tyrimas, rezultatams patikrinti. Pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai formuojant įmonės konkurencinį pranašumą technologinėmis inovacijomis. Šio darbo tikslas - pagal pasirinktą metodiką išanalizuoti technologinių inovacijų įtaką formuojant įmonės konkurencinį pranašumą baldų pramonės sektoriuje.Darbą sudaro 7 dalys: įvadas, 4 dalys, išvados ir siūlymai. Literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 70 p. teksto be priedų, 20 iliustr., 13 lent., 58 bibliografinių šaltinių. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The master thesis deals with the role of technological innovation, making the company a competitive advantage in the furniture industry sector . The theoretical analysis of the main part of the development of technological innovation and competitive advantage in the theoretical aspects of determining the role of technological innovation in shaping a competitive advantage in the furniture industry , determined the of technological innovation in the innovation system, the theoretical assumptions of the development environment, the impact of technological innovation, development and production of the main problems and the potential risks of the competitive advantage conception, assessment, identified the main influencing factors. In the practical part of the work carried out detailed Lithuanian furniture industry analysis of the situation. According to the research obtained the questionnaire survey of technological innovation in shaping the company a competitive advantage. Performed empirical research to verify the results of the inspection. Presented master thesis conclusions and suggestions in shaping the company a competitive advantage through technological innovation.Aim of this work - according to the chosen methodology to analyze the influence of technological innovation making the company a competitive advantage in the furniture industry.Work consists of 7 parts: preface, 4 chapters, conclusions and suggestions, literature list.Work amount - 71 pages of text, 20 illiustrations, 13 tables, 58 biographical sources.
