Palangos miesto plėtros analizė ir nenaudojamų teritorijų revitalizacija

Baigiamajame magistro darbe atliekama Palangos miesto plėtros ir nenaudojamų teritorijų analizė. Pirmoje dalyje nagrinėjami teoriniai aspektai: teritorijų planavimo etapai, miestų plėtros tipai ir formos, konversijos ir revitalizacijos samprata. Antroje dalyje atliekama išsami Palangos miesto bendrojo, strateginio ir turizmos plėtros planų analizė. Išnagrinėjami kitų užsienio šalių kurortų pavyzdžiai ir atliekamas šių kurortų ir Palangos patrauklumo turistams palyginimas. Taip pat nustatomos miesto prioritetinės plėtros kryptys.Trečioje dalyje pateikiami ir išnagrinėjami mieste įgyvendinti, planuojami bei reikalingi projektai ir šitaip sukuriama miesto ateities vizija. Tiriamajame darbe atliekama buvusios sanatorijos valgyklos pastato J. Basanavičiaus g. 47 rekonstravimo projekto ekonominio pagrįstumo analizė.Darbą sudaro įvadas, teorinė, tiriamoji ir pritaikomoji dalys, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas bei priedai. Darbo apimtis - 77 p. 29 paveikslai,14 lentelių bei 41 bibliografinis šaltinis, atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
In my final work of master thesis it is carried out the analysis of Palanga urban development and abandoned areas. The first part reveals the theoretical aspects of the subject: stages of territory planning, expansion of the city, its types, forms, and concepts of conversion and revitalisation. The second part provides a thorough analysis of the general, strategic and tourism expansion plans in Palanga. It examines examples of foreign holiday resorts and compares the findings and the appeal of these territories with alternatives in Palanga. It also establishes the set priorities for city expansion. The third part of this written piece discusses the actualities, plans and necessary projects regarding the growth of Palanga and in doing so reveals a future vision of the city and its potential. The research part of thesis examines the economic efficiency of reconstructing the closed down health resort dinning area located on Basanaviciaus st 47.Thesis structure: introduction, theoretical part, research part, application part, conclusions and recommendations, references and appendixes. Thesis length: 77 pages, 29 figures, 14 tables, and 41 bibliographical entries. Appendixes are attached separately.
