Automobilizacijos sukeliamų grėsmių gyventojų saugumui tyrimas
Sparčiai augančio automobilizacijos lygio problemos yra itin aktualios šiuolaikinei visuomenei. Baigiamajame magistro darbe yra analizuojamas automobilizacijos poveikis gyventojų saugumui. Tyrimo problematika koncentruojama į automobilizacijos sukeliamas grėsmes. Tyrimo metu išskirti keli pagrindiniai automobilizacijos sukeliamų grėsmių gyventojų saugumui faktoriai. Atliekant tyrimą identifikuota mažiausiai tirta netinkamo parkavimo keliama grėsmė. Tolesniuose tyrimo etapuose gilinamasi į netinkamo parkavimo problemas ir jos sprendimo būdus. Analizuojama ekspertų nuomonė, išsakyta apklausos metu, ir siūlymuose akcentuojamas galimas problemos sprendimas populiarinant viešąjį transportą. Apklausus greitosios medicinos pagalbos ir priešgaisrinės gelbėjimo tarnybos darbuotojus rezultate paaiškėjo pagrindinė problema - netinkamo automobilių parkavimo ir jo sukeliamų grėsmių visuomenei tyrimų nepakankamumas. Gyventojų apklausa parodė, kad eilinis miesto gyventojas mažai susimąsto apie netinkamo parkavimo pasekmes, o prioritetą teiktų viešajam transportui tik tuo atveju, jeigu viešasis transportas išsiskirtų greitumo rodikliu. Vienas iš tyrimo etapų skirtas viešojo transporto greitumo parametro analizei: išmatuotas greitųjų autobusų prastovų prie šviesoforų laikas, kuris, kaip paaiškėjo, užima reikšmingą viso reiso laiko dalį. Remiantis tyrimų rezultatais, buvo suformuluotos rekomendacijos tiesioginiam ir netiesioginiam automobilizacijos lygio ir jo neigiamų pasekmių mažinimui. Rapid increase of automobilisation level is very relevant for modern Lithuanian and world society. In this final masters paper the impact of automobilisation is analysed, it's affect on public safety and dangers are the main focus. During the research, several main levels of automobilisation impact on public safety are raised. In addition, there least analysed aspect is found- illegal parking's dangers, which are a threat to the society. The following phase of the research digs deeper into illegal parking problem and the solutions of this problem, there are suggestions by the experts which are gained by the poll, especially the popularization of public transport. The result of the poll of ambulance and fire department workers shows that the main scientific problem is that the risk, which is caused by illegal parking, is undervalued to say at least. The poll of local people shows that the typical person rarely thinks about the possible results of illegal parking, and that he is ready to use public transport if he would get to his destination quicker than by his private car. The further research is dedicated to the speed of public transport: the time of fast buses consumed at the traffic lights is measured, which is, consiquently, consumes a big chunk of the time of the whole route. Based on the results of the research, there are several recommendations provided to decrease the negative impact of automobilisation. Work size - 73 pages, 31 pictures, 10 tables and 81 references.
