Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamas nekilnojamasis kultūros paveldas Vilniaus mieste, Žvėryno seniūnijoje. Išnagrinėta nekilnojamojo kultūros paveldo apsaugos organizavimo politika Lietuvoje ir užsienyje, atsižvelgiant į Europos valstybių konstitucijų nusakomas laisves ir teises susijusias su nekilnojamuoju kultūros paveldu. Taip pat išnagrinėta nekilnojamojo kultūros paveldo objektų apsauga, jų ženklinimas, stebėsena, registras, jo valdymas, administravimas, apskaita bei finansavimas Lietuvoje. Detaliai išanalizuotas nekilnojamasis kultūros paveldas Žvėryno seniūnijoje, Vilniuje. Sukurta pavyzdinė duomenų bazė bei skaitmeninis žemėlapis, kuriais galima naudotis nekilnojamojo kultūros paveldo registravimui ir stebėsenai, sudarant turistinius maršrutus, rengiant įvairaus lygmens teritorijų planavimo dokumentus, skirstant lėšas nekilnojamojo kultūros paveldo objektų atnaujinimui, bei kitose srityse.Darbą sudaro 5 dalys: įvadas, 1) Nekilnojamojo kultūros paveldo apsaugos organizavimo apžvalga, 2) Nekilnojamojo kultūros paveldo objektų sistemos analizė, 3) Žvėryno nekilnojamojo kultūros paveldo objektų informacinė apžvalga, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas, naudota literatūra ir šaltiniai. Darbo apimtis - 80p. teksto be priedų, 21 paveikslėlių, 3 lentelės, 19 literatūros šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
In the master thesis the real cultural heritage in Vilnius, Žvėrynas ward was analysed. The policy of the real cultural heritage protection in Lithuania and abroad was researched considering liberties and rights connected to the real cultural heritage indicated in the constitutions of European countries. The protection of the real cultural heritage objects, their marking, observation, register and its control, administration, record and sponsorship in Lithuania was analysed. The real cultural heritage in Žvėrynas ward, Vilnius was researched in detail. The representative database and digital map was created, according to which the real cultural heritage can be registered and observed forming tourist routes, preparing the documents of various levels of territory planning, distributing finance intended to the renovation of the real cultural heritage objects and in other spheres.The paper is composed of 5 parts: introduction, 1) The review of the protection organization of the real cultural heritage 2) The analysis of the system of the real cultural heritage objects 3) The informative overview of the real cultural heritage objects in Žvėrynas, conclusions and suggestions, sources, and references. The scope of the master thesis - 80 p. of text without appendices, 21 picture, 3 charts, 19 sources of literature.Appendices are added separately.
