Baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti subalansuotos plėtros tendencijas užsienio šalių miestuose ir kurortinėse vietovėse, ištirti Druskininkų miesto plėtros dėsningumus bei pateikti svarbiausias darnios Druskininkų kurorto plėtros vertinimus. Darbe pateikiama darnaus vystymosi samprata, aptariama jos raida, įvardijami plėtros tikslai bei principai, apibrėžiamos darnaus miesto bei darnaus kurorto koncepcijos. Analizuojami svarbiausi kurortinių teritorijų raidos dėsningumai, svarbiausi vertinimo kriterijai. Apžvelgiamos įprastos darnaus miesto vertinimo rodiklių sistemos bei pateikiama kurortinio miesto darnaus vystymosi rodiklių sistema. Aptariamos daugiakriterinių vertinimo metodų taikymo efektyviam variantui atrinkti galimybės bei nagrinėjamas tinkamiausių metodų pasirinkimas, apibūdinamas kurortinio miesto darnaus vystymosi modelis.Analizuojami svarbiausi Druskininkų miesto raidos dėsningumai, apibūdinami ir analizuojami svarbiausi Druskininkų miesto plėtros projektai, vertinama jų svarba miesto, regiono ir šalies plėtrai. Baigiamajame poskyryje apibendrinami tyrimo metu suformuoti Druskininkų kurorto darnaus vystymosi scenarijai. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados ir pasiūlymai. Darbo apimtis - 88 psl. be priedų, darbe yra 9 lentelės, 16 paveikslų, 1 priedas ir 62 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.
The purpose of the final master's degree thesis is to analyze the well-balanced developmental tendencies in the foreign countries and resort's localities; to explore the consistent pattern of the Druskininkai city development and to represent the most important translations of the consonant expansion of the Druskininkai.In his work, the author of the thesis proposes the conception of the well-proportioned consonant, in terms of discussing the process of the development, naming the purposes and principles of the development and also the most important criterions of the evaluations. The author also discusses the possibilities of the evaluation's methods usage for the effective version's selection and scrutinizes selection of the best methods, defining the model of the constant and well-developed resort's city.Furthermore, the author of the work reviewes the systems of the common evaluation indicators of the consonant cities and proposes the indicators system of the resort cities' consonant development.Moreover, the thesis analyzes the most important regularities of the development of the Druskininkai city; describing and analyzing the fundamental projects of the expansion of the Druskininkai city, valueing the importance of the projects to the expansion of the city, region and the country. In the final section, the author generalizes the scenarios of the resort's city - Druskininkai, structured in the research phase.The conclusions and suggestions are given in the finalisation of the thesis.The ambit of the thesis is 88 pages without supplements; 9 tabulars, 16 imagery, 1 annex and 63 bibliographical references.
