Kryžiaus simbolis architektūros objektų plano ir tūrio kompozicijoje
Magistro baigiamojo darbo tyrimo objektas yra kryžiaus morfotipo būtis architektūros mene. Aprašoma kryžiaus simbolinė prasmė ir bendroji sklaida mene. Atskleidžiama, kaip kryžiaus morfotipas įprasminamas trimačiuose statinių tūriuose, pastatų ir urbanistinių struktūrų planuose. Apžvelgiamos simbolio panaudojimo ideologinės, religinės priežastys. Siekiama nustatyti šio simbolio taikymo tipologiją, išskirti universalius ir pastovius bruožus. Magistro baigiamąjį darbą sudaro įvadas, dvi dalys, apibendrinimai, literatūros sąrašas, iliustracijų sąrašas. Įvade apibrėžiamas tyrimo objektas, aptariamas darbo aktualumas, tyrimo tikslas bei uždaviniai, parenkami temos nagrinėjimo metodai, aptariami literatūros šaltiniai, sudarytas svarbiausių sąvokų ir terminų žodynėlis. Pirmoje dalyje analizuojamas simbolizmo reiškinys: aptariamas simbolizmas bendroje kultūroje, gilinamasi į kryžiaus simbolio prasmių sklaidą, nagrinėjama kryžiaus simbolio vieta dailėje ir literatūroje. Antrojoje dalyje analizuojamos kryžiaus simbolio apraiškos architektūros mene: nagrinėjamas kryžiaus simbolis teritorijų planuose, trimatėse architektūros formose, pastatų plano kompozicijoje. Darbas baigiamas apibendrinimais. Pabaigoje pateikiamos nuorodos, naudotos literatūros sąrašas, iliustracijų sąrašas. Magistro baigiamąjį darbą sudaro 102 puslapiai, 160 iliustracijų, 104 literatūros šaltiniai.
The object of the research in the master paper is the entity of morphotype of a cross in the art of architecture. The symbolic meaning of a cross and general spread in the art is described. It is revealed how the morphotype of a cross is applied to three-dimensional volumetric projects as well as to the plans of buildings and urban structures. Ideological and religious reasons for using a cross are viewed. The aim is to indicate the applying typology of this symbol and to distinguish universal and uniform properties. The master paper consists of preface, two parts, generalisations, references and the list of artwork. The preface involves the definition of the object research, discussion of the work relevance, aim and goals of the research as well as selection of methods for theme analysis and discussion of references. It also contains the vocabulary of the most important concepts and terms. In the first part of the paper the phenomenon of symbolism is analyzed: symbolism in general culture and spread of meaning of the cross symbol are discussed, the place of the cross symbol in the art and architecture is studied. In the second part manifestations of the cross symbol in art and literature are analyzed: the cross symbol in the plans of territories, three-dimensional forms of architecture and in the composition of buildings plan is studied. The paper is accomplished by generalizations. In the last part of the master paper references and the list of artwork are indicated. The paper comprises 102 pages, 160 items of illustration and 104 references.
