Advanced Manufacturing Techniques Application for the Industrial Enterprises
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos pažangių gamybos metodų taikymo ir įsisavinimo problemos plastikų pramonės šakoje. Pateikiama teorinė analizė, kurioje išanalizuojami terminologija bei suskirstomi pažangūs gamybos metodai. Išnagrinėti pažangių gamybos metodų įsisavinimo principai, kuriais remiantis gaunami didžiausia nauda. Apžvelgiamas temos aktualumus, užsibrėžiami tikslai, aptariamos tendencijos bei grėsmės šioje srityje. Tiriamojoje dalyje naudota anketinė apklausa, išanalizuotas pažangių gamybos metodų taikymo intensyvumas. Tyrimai atlikti naudojant koreliacinės regresijos analizės metodą. Iš tiriamosios dalies atrastos pagrindinės įmonės problemos, kurios trukdo sėkmingai naudotis bei įsidiegti pažangias gamybos technologijas.Vertinant gamybinę praktiką, literatūros šaltinius bei nagrinėjat realius atvejus sukurtas modelis. In the final Masters work analyzing application of advanced manufacturing techniques and their implementation problems in plastic industry. It is presented theoretical analysis in which analyzed terminology and dividing these techniques in to the groups. Investigated principles of advanced manufacturing techniques implementation and based on them getting the biggest outcome. Reviewed actuality of the subject, planned goals of the work, talked over tendencies and threats in this field.For the research was used questionnaire, analyzed intensity use of advanced manufacturing techniques. Research was made using correlation regression analysis method. From this part there was found main problems for implementing and using of advanced manufacturing techniques.According to the manufacturing practices, literature sources and analyzing case studies there was made model. In the end presented conclusion and suggestions. Size of the work: 68 p. without appendixes, 34 figures, 3 tables, 34 literature sources.Attached appendixes.
