"Seb investicijų valdymas" investicinių fondų efektyvumo lyginamoji analizė
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjami investicinių fondų teoriniai aspektai. Aptariama investicinių fondų samprata, klasifikacija, privalumai ir trūkumai. Šioje dalyje nagrinėjama aktyvaus ir pasyvaus valdymo aspektai, pateikiami makroaplinkos analizės metodai, pagrindiniai investicinių fondų vertinimo rodikliai. Metodinėje šio darbo dalyje, remiantys mokslinės literatūros analize, sudarytas tyrimo modelis. Analitinėje dalyje pateikiama investicinių fondų veiklos apžvalga, makroveiksnių vertinimas. Atliekama UAB ,,SEB investicijų valdymas” akcijų bei obligacijų valdomų ir platinamų investicinių fondų lyginamoji analizė, suformuojami investicijų portfeliai ir jie palyginami. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius įmonės ekonominės veiklos aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai.Darbą sudaro šešios dalys: įvadas, teorinė, metodinė ir projektinė dalys, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 63 psl. teksto be priedų, 9 pav., 17 lent., 33 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. This thesis examines the theoretical aspects of investment funds. It discusses the concept of investment funds, classification, advantages and disadvantages. This section deals with active and passive management aspects, presented the macro environment analysis methods, the main investment fund valuation indicators. Methodological part of this work, the basis of scientific literature analysis, the study model. The analytical part provides an overview of the activities of investment funds, the macro factors. Carried UAB,, SEB's shares and bonds managed by the mutual funds distributed comparative analysis of investment portfolios are formed and they are comparable. After the theoretical and practical aspects of the company's economic activities, conclusions and recommendations.The work consists of six parts: introduction, theoretical, methodological and practical parts, findings and suggestions, list of references.Work size - 63 p. text without appendixes, 9 illustrations., 17 tables., 33 references.
