Pagrindinis baigiamajojo magistro darbo tikslas - parodyti, kokią didelę reikšmę turi įmonės nekilnojamojo turto valdymo efektyvumo didinimas. Remiantis įvairių autorių metodiniais leidiniais, mokomosiomis knygomis bei darbo metu gauta patirtimi, baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjama, kokios yra UAB ,,SCT Lubricants” pastatų ūkio valdymo galimybės. Pažvelgta į tai, kaip įmonėje yra mažinamos dujų ūkio sąnaudos, aptartas technologinių įrenginių priežiūros valdymas, tepalo perpylimo apsauginės sistemos įdiegimas, išnagrinėta vykdoma požeminio vandens monitoringo programa. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, teorinė nekilnojamojo turto ir pastatų ūkio valdymo esmės dalis, įmonės nekilnojamojo turto efektyvumo didinimo analizę, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 64 p. teksto be priedų, 14 paveikslų, 10 lentelių, 27 bibliografiniai šaltiniai Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The main aim of this final master paper is to indicate what a great significance has the efficiency enlargement of immovable property control of the company. According to various authors' methodical publications, training material and the gained experience in preparing this paper here are investigated the possibilities of building economy control of the JSC ”SCT Lubricants”. I looked at the company's expenditures of the gas economy and how are they reduced, concerned about the technological mechanisms superintendence control, the introduction of the protection system for the lubricants transfusion which is now accomplished by the underground water monitoring program. Final paper consists of: introduction, theoretical part which will acquaint with the main essence of the immovable property and the building economy control, the analysis of the companies immovable property efficiency enlargement, conclusions and proposals, literature list. The range of contents is 64 pages of text without additions, 14 pictures, 10 chart, 27 bibliographic sowices. Work additions are incheded separately.
