Magistro darbe aptariami žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo aspektai, ypatingai - motyvacija, kaip viena svarbiausių žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo funkcijų, ir jų poveikis įmonės veiklos rezultatams. Tam tikslui motyvacija ir jos skirtingi būdai analizuojami kokybiniu tyrimu. Atliekant kokybinį tyrimą, analizuojami įvairūs žmogiškųjų išteklių motyvavimo pavyzdžiai, Lietuvos ir užsienio, atliekamas palyginimas. Magistro darbo tikslas nustatyti kaip mokslinė medžiaga apie skirtingus motyvacijos būdus ir jų poveikį įmonių veiklos rezultatams atspindėta realiuose pavyzdžiuose. Analizė parodė kad mokslinis žmogiškųjų resursų poveikio veiklos rezultatams apibūdinimas atsispindi realiuose pavyzdžiuose. Struktūra: įvadas, dalis apie teorinę ir mokslinę medžiagą, analizė, rekomendacijos ir išvados, šaltiniai. Darba sudaro 5 dalys: įvadas, 3 skyriai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 58 p. teksto, 8 iliustracijos, 6 lentelės, 32 šaltiniai.
In the master thesis, the aspects of Human Resource Management (HRM), especially motivation, as one of the most important HRM functions, and their impact on the performance of the company are being described. For this, motivation and its different means are being analyzed using qualitative analysis. By implementing qualitative analysis, the different HRM practices, putting accent on motivation means basically, are being analyzed, the picture of situation in different countries is showed, the comparison made. The aim of master thesis is to define how theoretical material regarding different motivation means and their impact on the performance of the company is being consistent with the real examples. Analysis showed that the theoretical facts regarding the impact of the HRM on the performance of the company are true. The structure of thesis: introduction, the theoretical part, analysis, conclusions and recommendations, resources. The work consists of 5 parts: introduction, 3 chapters, list of resources. The volume of work: 58 pages of text, 8 figures, 6 tables, 32 resources.
