Darbo apimtis - 80 p. teksto be priedų,55 iliustr., 29 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The architecture of extreme sports buildings is examined in the master 's thesis. Extreme sports can be described as lacking in certainty and established rules, which is clearly reflected in the architecture of such a typology. The work discusses the historical development of modern sports facilities, starting from the stadiums built in Ancient Greece and continuing to modern objects adapted to non-traditional sports in the current century - skateboard parks, extreme sports grounds. The design principles of modern sports buildings cover two most important aspects - ecology and the use of technology. The research part also discusses the situation of extreme sports in Lithuania, raises the problem - the need for the creation of modern sports centers, which can become the attraction points of small towns, is seen. This work examines the analogues of realized modern sports complexes in various countries, analyzing technological, functional and artistic solutions. Extreme sports are characterized by the uncertainty of the dimensions of sports grounds, the combination of several sports functions gives a variety of forms to the typology of the building. There is a strong focus on the functions of complexes, specializing in spaces and adapting to the urban environment, but also crucial for architectural distinctiveness, which will take on even more diverse forms and attractions in urban communities in the future. The work consists of 4 parts: introduction; teaching: general features and history of sports facilities, formulation of project concept / function; summary: final architectural project of the object, conclusions and suggestions; appendices: bibliography, list of other information sources, list of illustrations, appendicesQuantity: 80 pages, 55 illustrations, 29 bibliographical references, annexes
