Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjami organizacijos klimato teoriniai aspektai, organizacinės paramos teoriniai aspektai, atskleidžiant kokias sąsajas turi nagrinėjami aspektai. Atliktas Civilinės aviacijos administracijos organizacijos klimato vertinimas, ištirti teigiami ir neigiami aspektai. Remiantis mokslinės literatūros analize paruoštas organizacijos klimato vertinimo modelis ir juo remiantis pateiktas ekspertinis aviacijos verslo organizacijų klimato vertinimas. Aptariami ekspertinio vertinimo rezultatai, pateikiami atlikti rezultatų skaičiavimai.Darbą sudaro 5 dalys: įvadas, organizacijos klimato teoriniai aspektai; organizacinės paramos požymiai; Civilinės aviacijos administracijos organizacinio klimato tyrimas; organizacijos klimato vertinimas aviacijos verslo įmonėse, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 63 p. teksto be priedų, 16 iliustr., 8 lent., 35 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The final master thesis examines the theoretical aspects of the organization's climate, the theoretical aspects of organizational support, which reveal the links between these aspects. The climate assessment of the Civil Aviation Administration's organization has been carried out, the study has positive and negative aspects. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the climate assessment model has been developed by the organization and based on the assessment of the climate assessment of expert aviation crews. The results of the expert evaluation are discussed, calculations of the performed results are presented.The work consists of 5 parts: introduction, theoretical aspects of organizational climate; organizational support features; Civil Aviation Administration's Organizational climate study; organization's climate assessment in aviation business companies, conclusions and suggestions, list of literature.Thesis consist of: 63 p. text without appendixes, 16 pictures, 8 tables, 36 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included.
