Darbo apimtis - 135 p. teksto be priedų, 133 iliustr., 19 lent., 40 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
In the modern world, cities are also growing in population and technology. More and more buildings are being built that could accommodate the public and meet its needs. Rapid growth is forcing the infrastructure of cities to expand, new businesses are being created, factories and other industrial buildings are being built. However, like most things in the world, businesses are not always successful. Sometimes they have to retreat from the market. In such circumstances, industrial buildings are often left without purpose or are destroyed, and new buildings are built in their places to meet the needs of the new owners. It is this aspect of demolition and construction that is very harmful to the planet and has a significant impact on global warming. This work presents architectural solutions on how artistic means can be used to solve the overcoming of old modernly, abandoned industrial buildings in the city without demolishing them. In this way, existing buildings and the territory are revitalized and resurrected to life with the least damage to the planet. The thesis consists of two main parts: the research part and the design part. The exploratory master's part examines and searches for the main types that relate to the exploratory part. Similar variants and situations in Lithuania or other countries are being studied. Finally, the urban context and fabric of the selected area are analyzed. In the design part, a couple of possible options are being developed, and with the help of architecture, it is possible to recalculate the selected location. Details and describes the chosen solution method. After the theoretical and design analysis of the parts and the architectural solution selection, the thesis's conclusions are presented.
