Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos saugaus duomenų valdymo bendrojoje duomenų aplinkoje galimybės. Esant didelei statybų sektoriaus skaitmenizavimo inercijai atkreipiamas dėmesys į grėsmių, kylančių duomenų saugumui tipus, duomenų saugumo svarbos suvokimą ir bendrosios duomenų aplinkos kaip saugios terpės plėtojimą, pasirenkant adekvačias ir efektyvias priemones, o vėliau numatant jų įgyvendinimo galimybes. Darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti saugaus duomenų valdymo bendrojoje duomenų aplinkoje galimybes ir įvardinti efektyvias priemones saugumo gerinimui. Duomenų apsaugai didelę įtaką daro prevencinių priemonių numatymas, saugumo priemonių informacijos valdymo eigoje naudojimas ir jų vertinimas tolimesniam strategijos tobulinimui. Darbe ieškoma sąsajų tarp projekto dalyvių, valdymo hierarchijos ir informacijos gyvavimo ciklo, kad priemonių įgyvendinimas apimtų visas saugumo funkcijas ir pasitarnautų tvariam duomenų naudojimui. Atliktas tyrimas atskleidžia šiandieninį duomenų apsaugos aktualumą ir problematiką, tačiau padeda sugeneruoti pozityvias idėjas tolimesnei duomenų saugumo analizei. Teorinėms įžvalgoms ir teiginiams suformuoti atlikta mokslinės literatūros analizė ir teisės aktų, standartų ir kitų dokumentų apžvalga. Siekiant sukurti duomenų saugumo modelio konceptą buvo vykdomas ekspertinis interviu. Atsižvelgus į teorinės ir empirinės darbo dalies duomenis, ir juos struktūrizuojant suformuotas duomenų saugumo protokolas.Darbą sudaro: Įvadas, analitinė - metodinė, tiriamoji - analitinė dalys, išvados ir pasiūlymai ir priedai; Darbo apimtis be priedų 57 psl. 8 iliustracijos, 4 lentelės, 78 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.
The final Master's thesis analyses the possibilities of secure data management in a common data environment. At significant inertia of digitization in the construction sector, attention is paid to the types of threats to data security, the awareness of the importance of data security and the development of a common data environment as a secure medium by choosing adequate, effective measures and subsequently anticipating the possibilities for their implementation. The aim of the work is to analyse the possibilities of secure data management in a common data environment and to identify effective measures to improve security. Data protections is strongly influenced by the provision of preventive measures, the use of security measures in the management of information and their evaluation for further improvement of the strategy. Connections between project participants, the management hierarchy and the information lifecycle are being searched, so that the implementation of measures covers all security functions and serves the sustainable use of data. The research reveals the current relevance and issues of data protection still and all helps to generate positive ideas for further analysis. An analysis of the scientific literature and a review of legislation, standards and other documents was performed to form theoretical insights and statements. An expert interview was conducted to develop the concept of a data security model. Taking into account the data of the theoretical and empirical part of the work and structuring them, a data security protocol is formed. The work consists of: introduction, analytical - methodical, research - analytical parts, conclusions and recommendations, appendix. The scope of the work-pages, texts without appendix - 57 pages, illustrations - 8, tables - 4, bibliographic sources - 78.
