Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos ekonominės infrastruktūros įmonės ir turto vertinimo poreikis šių įmonių veikloje. Ekonominės infrastruktūros įmonės pasižymi valdomo turto specifiškumu ir ne visuomet tik rinkos logika ar komercine nauda paremtais valdymo sprendimais. Šios ypatybės atsispindi ir vertinimo procese bei nustatytoje vertėje. Taip pat, tokio turto vertės nustatymo tikslumas ribojamas nepakankama metodologija. Baigiamajame darbe pasiūlytas ekonominės infrastruktūros turto vertinimo modelis siekiant susisteminti procesą ir pasiūlyti atskirų jo etapų supaprastinimą. Darbą sudaro įvadas, keturi skyriai ir išvados. Darbo apimtis 60 p. teksto, 3 paveikslai, 27 lentelės, 38 bibliografinių šaltinių.
The thesis examines the economic infrastructure companies and property assessment need for these companies. Economic infrastructure company has assets under management and the specificity is not always the only market logic or commercial benefit-based management solutions. These features reflected in the evaluation process and defined in value. Also, the accuracy of the valuation of such assets is limited by the lack of methodology. In the final work, the model of economic infrastructure property valuation is proposed for the purpose of systematizing the process and proposing simplification of its stages. The work consists of an introduction, four chapters and conclusions. Thesis consist 60 p. text, 3 pictures, 27 tables, 38 bibliographical entries.
