Darbo tikslas – atlikti poilsio aikštelių esamos būklės analizę Lietuvos Pietryčių regione ir parinkti geriausią poilsio aikštelių išdėstymo variantą. Išnagrinėti Lietuvos poilsio aikštelių įrengimą reglamentuojantys normatyviniai dokumentai ir išanalizuota užsienio šalių patirtis, kuria remiantis nustatomi aikštelių planavimo principai ir identifikuojamos jų pagrindinės problemos. Siekiant pritaikyti būdus poilsio aikštelių išdėstymo efektyvumui didinti, atlikta Lietuvos Pietryčių regiono aikštelių esamos situacijos analizė. Daugiakriterio vertinimo metodas su ekspertų nuomonių suderinamumo nustatymu leido nustatyti svarbiausius poilsio aikštelės pasirinkimą lemiančius kokybės kriterijus. Išsprendus sudarytą optimizavimo uždavinį buvo nustatytas aikštelių poreikis ir nagrinėjamuose keliuose parengta jų išdėstymo koncepcija. Remiantis pasaulio šalių gerąja praktika ir identifikavus pagrindinius poilsio aikštelių įrengimo trūkumus, dėl poilsio aikštelių planavimo pateiktos išvados ir pasiūlymai. Darbą sudaro 7 dalys: įvadas, poilsio aikštelės ir jų infrastruktūra, tyrimo objektas, metodai, rezultatai, bendrosios išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros šaltiniai. Darbo apimtis – 81 p. teksto be priedų, 20 iliustr., 30 lent., 46 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The main purpose of the work is to carry out an analysis of the current state of the rest areas in region of South East Lithuania and choose the best conception for the rest areas layout. The technical documents regulating the installation of Lithuanian rest areas and the experience of foreign countries was analyzed, on the basis of which the rest areas planning principles were determined and their main problems were identified. In order to adapt the ways to increase the efficiency of the layout of the rest areas, an analysis of the current situation in region of South East Lithuania was carried out. The expert evaluation method allowed to identify the most important quality criteria determining the choice of the rest areas. After solving the optimization task, the need for the rest areas was determined and the concept of their layout on the roads has been prepared. Conclusions and suggestions for the planning of the rest areas are presented based on the best practices in the world countries and identifying the main disadvantages in the installation of the rest areas. Final work consists of 7 parts: introduction, the rest areas and their infrastructure, research object, methods, results, general conclusions and suggestions, references. Extent of work – 81 p. text without appendixes, 20 pictures, 30 tables, 46 literature and information sources. Appendixes are included separately.
