Užsukamųjų dangtelių gamybos kokybės tyrimai įmonėje UAB "Elmoris"
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama užsukamųjų dangtelių padengimo plastizoliu kokybė. Aprašomi užsukamųjų dangtelių panaudojimas, plastizolio liejimo procesas, liejimo kokybę įtakojančių mechanizmų charakteristikos. Pateikiami padengimo plastizoliu kokybės tyrimai atlikti matuojant plastizolio RT540/35mod, skirto pasterizacijai, ir plastizolio, SA291/25, skirto sterilizacijai dangtelyje, išgaubtosios dalies aukštį. Be to, atlikti užsukamųjų dangtelių bandymai sterilizatoriuje ir bandymai su acto rūgšties tirpalu. Tyrimo rezultatai buvo apibendrinti sklaidos diagramomis, pateikiamos išvados, lemiančios plastizolio sandarumo broko atsiradimą.Darbo apimtis - 55 p. teksto be priedų, 39 iliustracijos ir 7 lentelės.
This Master Thesis concerns analysis of the quality of screw caps coated in Plastisol. This work describes the use of screw caps, the molding process of Plastisol and provides characteristics of the mechanisms affecting the quality of the casting. Quality test of covered plastisol which are provided in this Master Thesis have been carried out by measuring the plastisol RT540/35mod, used for pasteurization, and the plastisol SA291/25, used for sterilization, the heigh of the convex part of the cover. The performed tests of the screw caps in a sterilizer and using a solution of acetic acid are provided in this work too. The test results have been summarized using dispersion diagrams and providing the conclusions of the plastisol tightness which causes defects.Scope of work: 55 pages of text without additive, 39 illustrations and 7 tables.
