Baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas - išanalizavus literatūrą, atlikus tyrimus, sukurti virtualiosios organizacijos efektyvinimo modelį, kuris padėtų optimaliai veikti virtualiajai organizacijai. Pirmojoje ir antrojoje darbo dalyje pateikiama teorinė darbo temos analizė, kurioje nagrinėjama tradicinės ir virtualiosios organizacijos samprata, aprašomos charakteristikos ir nagrinėjamos aktualios problemos. Trečiojoje baigiamojo darbo dalyje pateikta tyrimo metodika, kurioje aptariami darbe naudojami metodai, tyrimo organizavimas ir aprašomos respondentų charakteristikos. Ketvirtojoje darbo dalyje pateiktas virtualiosios organizacijos efektyvinimo modelis, paremtas išnagrinėta literatūra bei atliktu tyrimu. Paskutinėje dalyje pateikiamos baigiamojo magistro darbo išvados ir literatūros šaltiniai.Darbą sudaro 7 dalys: įvadas, mokslinės literatūros analizė, metodologinė dalis, empirinė dalis, virtualiosios organizacijos efektyvinimo modelis, išvados ir literatūros šaltiniai.Darbo apimtis - 54 p. teksto be priedų, 10 iliustr., 10 lent., 57 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.
The aim of the final master's thesis is to create a virtual organization efficiency model after analyzing the literature and conducting research, which would help the virtual organization to function optimally. The first and second parts of the work present a theoretical analysis of the topic of the work, which examines the concept of traditional and virtual organization, describes the characteristics and examines the current problems. The third part of the final work presents the research methodology, which discusses the methods used in the work, the organization of the research and describes the characteristics of the respondents that are used in the research. The fourth part of the work presents a model of virtual organization efficiency, based on the literature and research. The last part presents the conclusions of the master's thesis and literature sources.The work consists of 7 parts: introduction, analysis of scientific literature, methodological part, empirical part, virtual organization efficiency model, conclusions and literature sources. Thesis consists of: 54 p. text without appendixes, 10 pictures, 10 tables, 57 bibliographical entries.
