Transporto tinklo įtakos tiekimo grandinės reakcijai ir efektyvumui tyrimas
Baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas yra atlikti Lietuvos transporto tinklo būklės vertinimą, nustatyti jo įtaką įmonių tiekimo grandinių reakcingumui ir efektyvumui ir pasiūlyti koncepcinį modelį, nurodantį ryšį tarp transporto infrastruktūros problemų ir tiekimo grandinių reakcingumo ir efektyvumo. Atliekant tyrimą buvo apžvelgti literatūros šaltiniai apie tiekimo grandinę ir jos valdymą, tiekimo grandinės struktūrą lemiančius veiksnius ir komponentus, tiekimo grandinės reakcingumą ir efektyvumą bei jų svarbą, transporto tinklą ir jo komponentus bei transporto tinklo komponentų bei sprendimų įtaką tiekimo grandinei. Taip pat atlikta Lietuvos Respublikos transporto būklės analizė, įvertinant šalies transporto sektoriaus svarbą ekonomikai bei išanalizuojant kiekvieną transporto rūšį atskirai. Be to, atlikta fokus grupės apklausa leido nustatyti Lietuvos Respublikos transporto tinklo problemas ir priežastis, dėl ko jos kyla. Įvertinus apklausos rezultatus rasti būdai, kaip galimas problemas šalinti. Problemų sprendimo tinkamumą įvertino ekspertai. Pagal atliktą tinkamumą suformuotas koncepcinis modelis, kurio esmė yra išspręsti problemas, kurios vyrauja transporto tinkle ir neleidžia pasiekti tiekimo grandinės reakcingumo ir efektyvumo.Darbą sudaro: įvadas, literatūros apžvalgos skyrius, tiriamasis - analitinis skyrius, projektinis skyrius, išvados ir pasiūlymai ir literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 75 psl. teksto be priedų, 10 pav., 12 lent., 32 literatūros šaltiniai. The purpose of the final Master's thesis is to perform analysis of the current Lithuanian transport network and determine its influence on the efficiency and responsiveness of enterprises supply chain's, and suggest measures that would increase the responsiveness and efficiency of the supply chain. The study reviewed sources of literature on the supply chain and its management, the factors and components of the supply chain structure, the responsiveness and efficiency of the supply chain and their importance, the transport network and its components, and the impact of the transport network components on the supply chain's responsiveness and efficiency. An analysis of the state of transport network of the Republic of Lithuania was also performed, assessing the importance of Lithuanian transport sector for the economy. In addition the survey of focus group allowed to identify the problems of the transport network of the Republic of Lithuania and possible solutions of the problems. Experts appreciated the suitability of problem solving. The essence of the conceptual model is to solve the problems that prevail in the transport network and prevent increase of the supply chain's responsiveness and efficiency.Structure: introduction, source of literature review, research-analytical part, project part, conclusions and suggestions, and references.Thesis scope: 75 p. text without appendixes, 10 figures, 12 tables, 32 bibliographical sources.
