Logistikos inovacijų įgyvendinimo įtaka įmonių ekonominiams rodikliams
Teorinėje baigiamojo darbo dalyje remiantis moksline literatūra ir kitais šaltiniais analizuojama inovacinių pokyčių svarba logistikos įmonėse, logistikos įmonių veiklos aplinka Lietuvoje, pateikiama užsienio patirtis diegiant inovacijas logistikos įmonėse.Analitinėje baigiamojo darbo dalyje pateikiama analizuojamų logistikos įmonių ekonominės situacijos analizė. Analizuojami įmonių ekonominiai rodikliai: bendrasis pelningumas, grynasis pelningumas, pardavimo savikainos lygis. Taip pat šioje baigiamojo darbo dalyje atliktas tyrimas - analizuojamų įmonių darbuotojų apklausa. Šioje darbo dalyje pateikiama išanalizuotų įmonių stiprybės, silpnybės, galimybės, grėsmės (SSGG).Projektinėje darbo dalyje sprendžiama problema, kokius teisingus ir racionalius sprendimus turėtų priimti analizuojamos įmonės kad sumažintų transporto priemonių sunaudojamų degalų kiekį. Problemos sprendimui siūlomas veiklos tobulinimo modelis bei inovatyvus sprendimas, kuriuo būtų sumažintas transporto priemonių sunaudojamų degalų kiekis. Toliau darbe atliekamas projekto vertinimas, skaičiuojamas atsipirkimo laikotarpis, projekto sukuriama nauda. Įvertinama projekto įtaka įmonių ekonominiams rodikliams. Pabaigoje padaromos išvados ir pateiktos rekomendacijos logistikos įmonių ekonominių rodiklių gerinimui.Darbo apimtis - 67 p. teksto be priedų, 36 iliustr., 13 lent., 35 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
heoretical part of the thesis based on scientific literature and other sources analyzes the importance of innovative changes in logistics companies, the operating environment of logistics companies in Lithuania, and presents foreign experience in introducing innovations in logistics companies.The analytical part of the final paper presents an analysis of the economic situation of the analyzed logistics companies. The economic indicators of enterprises are analyzed: general profitability, net profitability, level of sales cost. The final part of the thesis also includes a survey - a survey of the employees of the analyzed companies. This part of the paper presents strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats (SWOT) of the analyzed companies.The design part of the work deals with the problem of what fair and rational solutions should be taken by the analyzed companies to reduce vehicle fuel consumption. The solution to the problem is a performance improvement model and an innovative solution to reduce vehicle fuel consumption. In the work, the project evaluation, the payback period, the benefits of the project are carried out. The impact of the project on the economic indicators of enterprises is evaluated.
