Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama Lietuvos baldų gamybos plėtra ekonomikos globalizacijos sąlygomis. Pirmoje dalyje išanalizuojami teoriniai aspektai apie baldų gamybą, globalizaciją, išsiaiškinami plėtros ypatumai, identifikuojami šiuolaikiniai teoriniai požiūriai ir pagrindžiamos prielaidos plėtoti baldų gamybą globalizacijos sąlygomis. Antroje dalyje pateikiamos pasaulio, Europos Sąjungos ir Lietuvos plėtros tendencijos, jų analizė. Taip pat nustatomi veiksniai, lemiantys Lietuvos baldų eksportą ir identifikuojama, kas užsienio rinkoje labiausiai lemia baldų paklausą. Tuomet analizuojama atvejo analizė, kurios metu atliekamas įmonės modernizavimas, patenkant į užsienio rinką. Darbo pabaigoje yra sudaroma baldų pramonės plėtros sprendimų sistema, kuri yra skirta Lietuvos baldų įmonėms, ekonomikos globalizacijos sąlygomis. Apibūdinus tyrimo rezultatus yra pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai.Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, 3 skyriai, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis: 97 psl., be priedų teksto, 40 pav., 24 lent., 80 šaltinių.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The Master's thesis examines the development of the Lithuanian furniture industry under the conditions of economic globalization. The first part analyzes the theoretical aspects related to the production of furniture and globalization, finds out the features of the business development, identifies modern theoretical approaches and raises preconditions for the development of furniture production under the conditions of globalization. The second part presents the business trends in the world, the European Union and Lithuania as well as includes their analysis. It also establishes the determining factors for exporting the Lithuanian furniture and identifies what determines the demand for furniture in the foreign market. The case analysis is then analyzed, during which the company is being modernized while entering the foreign market. At the end of the work, there is a solution system for the development of the furniture industry for Lithuanian furniture enterprises under the conditions of economic globalization. The results of the research are presented in the conclusions and recommendations of the thesis. The thesis consists of 6 parts: introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions and recommendations, references. The thesis is comprised of 97 pages excluding appendices, 40 illustrations, 24 tables and 80 references. The apendices of the research are added separately.
