Darbe yra analizuojamos esamos pastatų modeliavimo technikos.Su UML diagramomis sukurta individualaus pastato modeliavimo sistema projektavimo lygmeniu. Iš šių diagramų galima suprasti, kokie yra pagrindiniai sistemos objektai ir kaip jie bendrauja tarpusavyje.Taip pat kuriama individualaus pastato modeliavimo sistema ir aprašomos, kokios šiuo metu yra sistemų kūrimo ir naudojimo tendencijos. Individualaus pastato modeliavimo sistemą sudaro: programa, parašyta VBA kalba; duomenų bazė, sukurta naudojant MS Access; paveikslai, skirti tam tikriems pastato elementams vizualizuoti.Darbe atliekamas duomenų bazės projektavimas ir kūrimas. Duomenų bazės struktūra yra pritaikoma tam, kad galima būtų manipuliuoti duomenimis automatiškai generuojant statybinius brėžinius bei specifikacijas.Sukurtos individualaus pastato modeliavimo sistemos rezultatas: vartotojas modeliuoja pastatą, o programa automatiškai generuoja pastato dokumentaciją: pastato planą ir specifikaciją.
In this master work is analyzed the existing building modeling technics.Using UML diagrams there is developed an individual building modeling system in design level. From these diagrams can be understood, what are the system objects and how they communicate with each other.It is also creating an individual building modeling system and describing what is currently the systems development and usage trends. Individual building modeling system consists of: program, written in VBA language; database created using MS Access; images for certain building elements visualize.There is carried out database design and development in the work. Database structure is adapted for the purpose of manipulating the data and automatically generate construction drawings and specifications.The result of the designed individual building modeling systems is: user is modeling the building, and the program automatically generates the documentation for the building: the building plan and specifications.
