Comparative Analysis of Facility Management Sectors in Lithuania, Ukraine

Baigiamajame magistro darbe išsamiai atskleisti Lietuvos ir Ukrainos pastatų ūkio valdymo (toliau - PŪV) ypatumai, jų išskirtinumas, jų pobūdį lemiantys veiksniai, paslaugų turinys. Išnagrinėta ir įvertinta Lietuvos, Ukrainos PŪV specifika. Darbas sudarytas iš įvado ir septynių skyrių: pirmajame, analitiniame-metodiniame skyriuje išnagrinėta PŪV samprata, apibrėžtis, sritis, istorija. Šiai daliai parengti vadovautasi tiek užsienio, tiek Lietuvos autorių moksliniuose darbuose išsakytu požiūriu. Antras, trečias skyriai skirti išnagrinėti Lietuvos ir Ukrainos duomenis, bendro pobūdžio informaciją, makroekonominius rodiklius, PŪV ypatumus, gyventojų aprūpinimo būstu analizę. Ketvirtame skyriuje buvo palyginti šalių duomenys, makroekonominiai rodikliai. Penktas skyrius skirtas šalių pasirinktoms PŪV įmonėms aprašyti, nurodyti teikiamų paslaugų sąrašai. Šeštajame, septintajame skyriuose yra atliktos pasirinktų šalių PŪV sektoriaus PEST, SSGG analizės, palyginimai. Baigiamajame magistro darbe gauti duomenys įvertinami, apibendrinami, daromos išvados, iškeliamos tyrimo metu išryškėjusios problemos. Teikiami siūlymai, kaip plėtoti pastatų ūkio valdymo sritį, didinti ir paslaugų kokybę. Pateiktas literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 89 p. teksto be priedų, 22 lentelės, 45 paveikslai, 55 bibliografinis šaltinis. Pridedami darbo priedai.
This master thesis reveals the features of Lithuanian and Ukrainian facilities management, their uniqueness, their character factors and the content of services. The specifics of the facilities management in Lithuania and in Ukraine have been examined and evaluated. The paper consists of introduction and seven chapters: the first, analytical-methodical chapter examines the facilities management concept, definition, scope and history. This chapter is guided by various points of view and works of both Lithuanian and foreign authors. The second and the third chapters are devoted to examine the Lithuanian and Ukrainian data, general information, the macro-economic indicators, facilities management characteristics, the analysis of residents housing. In the chapter four the data of the given countries and macroeconomic indicators have been compared. Chapter five is allocated to the description of the selected facilities management companies, and the list of provided services is given. In the sixth and the seventh chapters, the analysis and comparisons of facilities management sectors PEST and SWOT are made. The received data is assessed, the conclusion and instituted problems, emerged during the investigation, are given in this master thesis. Suggestions are made how to develope the field of facilities management and enlarge the quality of service. The references are submitted. Thesis consists of: 89 pages of text without extras, also there are 22 tables, 45 pictures and 55 bibliographic sources. Appendixes are added.
