Oro uosto ir Vilniaus miesto urbanistinių struktūrų jungties koncepcija
Šiame darbe nagrinėjamas Vilniaus oro uosto struktūros įsiliejimas į miesto urbanistinę struktūrą ir su šia teritorija susijusios urbanistinės plėtros problemos. Pagrindinis šio magistro darbo tikslas - įvertinus nagrinėjamos teritorijos erdvinę bei kompozicinę sistemą, pateikti konceptualius Naujininkų mikrorajono urbanistinės plėtros sprendinius. Siekiama numatyti naujus mikrorajono branduolius, kurie įgautų įvaizdžio mazgų įspūdį. Pagrindiniai uždaviniai: apibrėžti darnaus miesto sampratą, vertikaliosios plėtros miestų, teritorijos vystymo režimų (regeneracija, revitalizacija, rekonstrukcija, renovacija, konversija)sąvokas; išnagrinėti pasaulinius pramoninių teritorijų konversijos ir urbanistinių branduolių formavimo pavyzdžius; atlikti nagrinėjamos teritorijos urbanistinės struktūros morfologinę ir kraštovaizdžio vizualinę analizę, įvertinant trasos iš Vilniaus oro uosto į miesto centrą įvaizdžio formavimo galimybes; pateikti konceptualius urbanistinės plėtros šiaurinės Naujininkų mikrorajono dalies sprendinius; detalizuoti projektuojamo urbanistinio komplekso planinę - erdvinę struktūrą.Darbo apimtis - 76 p. teksto be priedų, 50 iliustr., 5 lent., 34 bibliografinis šaltinis. This master thesis examines the resettlement of Vilnius airport structure into the city's urban structure and problems of the urban development that are related to this area. The main aim of this master thesis is to present conceptual solutions of the urban development in the district Naujininkai by assessing spatial and composite structure of the examined territory. This master theses aims to plan new urban cores in the district which would give the impression of the image node.The main objectives are to defy the concept of a sustainable city, cities of vertical development, modes of territorial development (regeneration, revitalization, reconstruction, renovation, conversion); to examine worldwide examples of conversion in industrial territories and the formation of urban cores; to analyze morphological urban structure and visual landscape of the examined territory by evaluating the possibilities to create impression of the route from Vilnius airport to the city center; to present conceptual solutions of the urban development in the northern part of the district Naujininkai; to detail the planned and spatial structure of the designed urban complex.The master thesis consists of 76 pages of text without appendixes, 50 pictures, 5 tables, and 34 bibliographical references. The appendixes are enclosed.
