Baigiamojo darbo tema - šiuolaikinio meno centras Klaipėdoje.Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro dvi dalys: architektūrinis projektas ir teorinė dalis. Teorinėje dalyje nagrinėjama medžiaga susijusi su architektūrinio projekto problematika: atliekama analogiškų architektūrinių objektų studija, pasirinkta teritorija analizuojama istoriniu, urbanistiniu ir pavelgosauginiu aspektais. Išnagrinėjus teorinę medžiagą pateikiamos išvados, kurios pritaikomos atliekant praktinę architektūrinio projektavimo dalį. Aprašoma projektinė dalis: sudaryta projektavimo programa, urbanistiniai ir architektūriniai sprendimai.Architektūriniame projekte siūloma buvusią Paul Lindenau laivų statyklos teritoriją pritaikyti šiuolaikinio meno centrui - esamus pastatus integruojant su naujai projektuojamais. Buvusį laivų korpusų statyklos pastatą siūloma pritaikyti scenos menų renginiams, naujai projektuojamuose - įrengti ekspozicijų sales, mediateką, kino salę. Architektūrinio projekto medžiaga pateikiama planšetuose, urbanistiniame ir pastato maketuose.Teorinės darbo dalies apimtis: 53 psl. teksto be priedu, 56 iliustracijos, 41 bibliografijos šaltinis.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The subject of master's thesis is the project of Contemporary Art Centre in Klaipėda.The work consists of two parts - the architectural project and theorical part. The theorical part deals with the topic of architectural project: the study of analogous architectural objects is presented; the territory of the project is analysed in historical, urban and architectural aspects. Additionally, the material of architectural project is described: the program of the project is introduced, urban and architectual decisions are proposed.The conversion of former territory of Paul Lindenau Shipyard to the needs of contemporary art center and integration of the existing structures together with the newly proposed are offered in the architectural project. Practical material of the project is presented in drawings, urban and building architectural models.The volume of the theorical part is 53 pages of text (annexes not included), 56 figures, 41 bibliographic sources.The annexes are attached separately.
