Baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas - ištirti statybos projekto valdymo problematiką efektyvaus vadovavimo ir komandos narių motyvavimo aspektu, aptarti vadovo vaidmenį statybos projekto komandoje, išnagrinėti statybos projekto darbuotojų motyvavimo principus, pasiūlyti efektyvius sprendinius. Šiam tikslui pasiekti atlikta Lietuvos bei užsienio šalių mokslinės literatūros analizė, išnagrinėti vadovavimo statybos projektui teoriniai ir praktiniai aspektai, pasiūlyti efektyvaus darbo organizavimo principai, aptarti motyvavimo principai, šiuolaikinės teorijos, pasiūlytas apibendrintas efektyvios motyvavimo sistemos modelis, parengtos ir atliktos anketinės apklausos.Darbą sudaro keturi skyriai. Pirmajame apžvelgiama užsienio šalių ir Lietuvos patirtis statybos projektų valdymo srityje. Antrajame analizuojama vadovavimo projektams ir vadovų darbo organizavimo problematika, teikiami pasiūlymai. Trečiajame skyriuje aptariamas komandos motyvavimo klausimas. Ketvirtajame skyriuje analizuojami anketinių apklausų rezultatai. Darbo pabaigoje pateiktos išvados ir pasiūlymai.
The most important purpose of this master's thesis is to research the main problems of the project's management in terms of the general manager's role and the role of the motivations system, which could lead into the success of the nowadays and future's construction projects.This master's thesis consists of four parts. The first part covers traditional and the newest concepts of the projects management in the foreign countries and Lithuania. In the second chapter the author of the thesis analyzes the importance of the projects manager's leadership, which determines the efficiency of the management. The third chapter analyzes the most popular systems of the project's team motivation in the construction market. The fourth chapter of the master's thesis represents the main results of the research forms. Conclusions and suggestions are given in the closing of the published work.
