Geležinkelio statybos projektų valdymas taikant "Lean" metodą
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos statybos sektoriaus efektyvumo, darbų vėlavimo ir papildomų sąnaudų problemos bei galimybės padidinti statybos projektų valdymo efektyvumą, taikant „Lean” metodiką. Išnagrinėti tradiciniai ir „Lean” statybos projektų valdymo metodai, naudojami Lietuvoje ir užsienio šalyse, išanalizuota jų taikymo statybos projektų valdymui nauda. „Lean” statybos metodika ir įrankiai taikymi pasirinktame geležinkelio statybos projekte, nustatoma jų nauda statybos darbų atlikimo terminui, projekto stebėsenai ir kontrolės valdymui. Išanalizavus mokslinę ir metodinę literatūrą, buvo parengtas statybos projektų valdymo efektyvinimo modelis, pagrįstas „Lean” metodika, pateiktos darbo išvados ir siūlymai.Darbo apimtis - 71 p. teksto be priedų, 13 iliustracijų, 37 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.
The Master's Thesis examines the efficiency of the construction sector, reasons for cost overrun and delays in the construction, possibilities to increase the efficiency of construction project management, using the Lean methodology. The traditional and Lean methods of construction projects management used in Lithuania and abroad are analysed, and the benefits of applying them to management for construction projects are highlighted. Lean's construction methodology and tools are applied for the railway construction project; their benefits for monitoring and control of construction project are measured. After analysis of the scientific and methodological literature, based on Lean methodology, a model for efficient construction project management was developed. Finally, conclusions and suggestions are presented.Thesis consist of: 71 p. text without appendixes, 13 pictures, 37 bibliographical entries.
