Baigiamojo magistro darbo pagrindinis tikslas – remiantis teorine mokslinės literatūros bei atlikto empirinio tyrimo gautų rezultatų analize, patobulinti kokybės namų plėtrą spaudos pramonėje. Baigiamojo magistro darbo mokslinės literatūros apžvalgos dalyje pateikiama kokybės samprata bei pagrindiniai kokybės vadybos aspektai. Apžvelgiama produkto samprata, jo kūrimo ir gyvavimo ciklo esminiai niuansai. Nagrinėjama kokybės namų ir jo metodo – kokybės funkcijos išskleidimo (KFI), matricų struktūra ir jų panaudojimo reikšmė. Pateikiama kokybės funkcijos išskleidimo lyginamoji panaudojimo ir plėtros analizė kitose šalyse. Remiantis tuo, išskiriami pagrindiniai šio metodo privalumai ir trūkumai. Atliekama spaudos pramonės analizė bei KFI panaudojimo reikšmė joje. Antroje – praktinėje dalyje aprašoma pasirinkto empirinio tyrimo-anketos panaudojimo metodologija. Nagrinėjami ir vizualizuojami empirinio tyrimo metu gauti rezultatai. Remiantis jais, buvo sukurtas kokybės namų, t. y. KFI plėtros tobulinimo modelis. Pateikiamos KFI panaudojimo ir plėtros perspektyvos spaudos pramonėje.
The main goal of Master thesis is to improve the development of House of Quality in the printing industry on the basis of theoretical analysis of scientific literature and the analysis of empirical study results. Master thesis present an overview of the scientific literature covering the conseption of quality and the main aspects of quality management. Then, follows an overview of the product conseption, and the essential nuances of it’s development and life cycle. After that, there are presented the parts of the structures of House of Quality and it’s method – Quality Function Deployment, and the main importance of their use. Master thesis provides a comparative analysis of the use of House or Quality in other countries. Based on this, there are indentified the key strengths and weaknesses of this method. In the end of theoretical part was done an analysis of printing industry and was shown an importance of using KFI in it. The second part of Master thesis describes the practical choice of empirical study, using questionnaire methodology. The obtained results of this empirical study were analyzed and visualized. According to the results, was made an improving model of the House of Quality. Due to this there are given the prospects of the use and development of the KFI in the printing industry.
