Darbo tema pasirinkta pramoninių pastatų architektūra, kurią nagrinėjant apžvelgiama gamybinių pastatų tipologinė grupė, susipažįstama, kokie veiksniai sąlygojo jos atsiradimą ir raidą. Palyginami šiuolaikinių ir istorinių gamyklų projektavimo principai, ieškoma bendrų bruožų ir skirtumų. Atliekami architektūriniai, konstrukciniai ir patalpų zonavimo tyrimai veikiančioje gamykloje, pateikiamos išvados, kokie panašumai ir skirtumai lyginant ją su nagrinėtais pavyzdžiais. Susipažįstama su šokolado gamybos technologija, kuria remiantis ieškoma, kokie yra projektuojamos gamyklos planavimo ypatumai. Parenkant vietą objekto statybai, analizuojama Šiaulių miesto kompozicija, pramonės pastatų dislokacija, infrastruktūta ir istorinė raida. Atliekama projektinė dalis ir pateikiami du koncepciniai projektai, iš kurių vienas detalizuojamas. Projekte pateikiamas teritorijos ir vidaus patalpų zonavimas, aprašoma architektūrinė ir urbanistinė idėjos, konstrukcijos ir medžiagos.
In this topic is overviewed the architecture of the typology group of industrial buildings, inspected what factors led to its emergence and development. The principles of the designing modern and historic factories are compared and looked for common features and differences. The architectural, structural and zoning research is performed of operating plant facilities and the findings of what are the similarities and differences in comparison with the samples examined in literature. The technology of chocolate manufacturing is analyzed and investigated what are the peculiarities of designing such factory. When choosing the location of the object, the composition, deployment of industrial buildings, infrastructure and historic development of Šiauliai city are examined. Afterwards, the conceptual design of the two projects is carried out and one of them is chosen for detailed development. The zoning of the territory and the building, the architectural and urban ideas and construction materials are described.
