Baigiamojo darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti Lietuvos ir Baltarusijos prekybos centrų rinkos plėtros tendencijas, palyginti analizės rezultatus ir pateikti pasiūlymus, kaip gerinti prekybos centrų rinkos situaciją Lietuvoje ir Baltarusijoje.Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys pagrindinės dalys. Pirmoje dalyje, remiantis Lietuvos ir užsienio mokslininkų literatūra, nagrinėjami teoriniai prekybos centrų rinkos plėtros aspektai. Antroje dalyje nagrinėjamos prekybos centrų rinkos plėtros tendencijos Lietuvoje. Trečioje dalyje analizuojamos Baltarusijos prekybos centrų rinkos plėtros tendencijos, jos lyginamos su Lietuvos prekybos centrų rinkos plėtra, pateikiami pasiūlymai, kaip gerinti prekybos centrų rinkos situaciją Lietuvoje ir Baltarusijoje. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos apibendrinamos išvados ir pasiūlymai.Darbą sudaro įvadas, 3 skyriai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 62 p. teksto be priedų, 20 pav., 9 lentelės, 34 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
Aim of final thesis - to analyze shopping centers' market development in Lithuania and Belarus, to compare the results of the analysis and provide recommendations how to improve the situation in the market of shopping centers in Lithuania and Belarus.Master's thesis consists of three main sections. In the first section, according to Lithuanian and foreign scientific literature, theoretical aspects of shopping centers' development are analyzed. The second part deals with the shopping centers' market development trends analysis in Lithuania. The third section analyzes the Belarusian shopping centers' market trends, these are compared with the situation in Lithuania, accordingly proposals how to improve the situation in the markets of shopping centers in Lithuania and Belarus are provided. At the end of work conclusions and recommendations are prepared.The work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions and references. Volume of work - 62 p. of text, 20 Figures, 9 Tables, 34 references. Appendixes.
