Panevėžio miesto gatvių tinklo vertinimas panaudojant GIS

Tiriamajame magistriniame darbe apžvelgiu Panevėžio miesto geografinė padėtį. Išanalizuoju miesto gatvių tinklą, nustatant eismo priemonių srautus. Pasirenku konfliktinė transporto eismo teritoriją mieste. Atlieku susijusių teritorijų planavimo dokumentų analizė. Pasiūlau priemones gatvių tinklo veiklai efektyvinti pasirinktoje teritorijoje.Sudaromas skaitmeninis žemėlapis, pasinaudojant kompiuterinės programos GIS programiniu paketu ArcView 3.2, kuriais pavaizduojami: tirtas gatvių tinklas, transporto srautų dydis, eismo srautų duomenų bazė, įkeliami bendrojo plano vaizdai. Magistrinį darbą sudaro devynios dalys: Panevėžio miesto geografinė padėtis, Panevėžio miesto infrastruktūra, bendroji analizė, siūlomos priemonės gatvių tinklui efektyvinti, Panevėžio miesto transportinis vertinimas, gatvių tinklo vertinimas panaudojant GIS.Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados ir rekomendacijos viskam apibendrinti, bei literatūros sąrašas ir priedai.Darbo apimtis - 65 p. teksto be priedų, 31 iliustr., 10 lent., 22 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The Magistral is an overview of the diagnostic work of the geographical situation of the city of Panevėžys. I analyze the network of city streets, the traffic and choose the conflict traffic area in the town. In this work it is made a waste-related analysis of spatial planning documents and supplied more effective selection to the street network operations. I drawn up a digital map, using the computer program of the GIS software ArcView 3.2, which silhouetted: Exploring the network of streets, traffic flow rate, the traffic flows in a database, loaded the general plan of the images.Magistral work consists of nine parts: the geographical situation of the city Panevezys, Panevezys city infrastructure, the general analysis of the proposed measures improving the street network, urban transport Panevezys evaluation, assessment of the street network using GIS, the work presented at the end of the conclusions and recommendations summarize everything, and the bibliography and annexes.Work size - 65 p. text without annexes, 31 illustrations., 10 tables., 22 bibliographic sources.
