Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamas XX a. istorijos lūžių laikotarpių poveikis Lietuvos architektūros raidai. Architektūra visada komunikuoja, kontaktuoja, sąveikauja su žmonėmis - ji yra asmeninė visuomenės poreikių išraiška, todėl svarbu mokėti ją analizuoti ir suprasti. Analizuojami XX a. - XXI a. charakteringiausių pastatų fasadai, pagrindinės konstrukcijos, atsižvelgiant į istorijos lūžių laikotarpius bei identifikuojant esminius faktorius, turėjusius didžiausią įtaką šių sprendimų formavimui. Stengiamasi suvokti esmines priežastis, aplinkybes, lėmusias būtent tokią architektūrinę raišką Lietuvoje bei ieškoma sąryšių tarp jų. Visa tai nagrinėjama ne kaip atskiri faktoriai, turėję tam tikrą įtaką pastatų projektavimui, o kaip vientisa terpė, kuri suformavo pagrindinį miestų įvaizdį. Aptarta XX a. pr. Lietuvos geopolitinė situacija ir vyravusios architektūros kryptys, išskirti istorijos lūžių laikotarpiai, pateikti būdingiausių pastatų pavyzdžiai. Nustatyti laiko kaitoje pasireiškę ypatumai ir pateikta grafinė pastatų fasadų analizė bei konstrukcinių sprendinių analizė. Nustatyti ir apibendrinti esminiai istorijos lūžių laikotarpių faktoriai, lėmę architektūros ir konstrukcijų raidą, bei sudaryta laiko juosta (nuo 1900 metų) bendrosios architektūros tendencijų fone. Išnagrinėjus vizualinius architektūrinius ir konstrukcinius pastatų sprendimus bei istorinę, ekonominę, politinę aplinkas, pateikiamos baigiamojo magistro darbo išvados ir pastebėjimai.Darbą sudaro 7 dalys: įvadas, 6 skyriai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis: 104 p., 142 iliustracijos, 15 lentelių, 37 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.
In thesis of the master is analyzed the impact of historical changes in the 20th century on Lithuanian architecture. Architecture always communicates, contacts, interacts with people and it is a personal expression of the needs of society, so it's important to be able to analyze and understand it. There are approached 20th - 21st century's fascades of the most characteristic buildings and the main constructions, taking into account historical changes and indentifying the main factors, which had the greatest influence on the decision-making. It is trying to understand the essential causes and circumstances which led exactly that architectural expression in Lithuania and it's searching for realationships between them. All this is not considered as separate factors, which had some influence on the design of buildings, but as a continuous medium, which formed the main image of the Lithuanian cities. It is discussed Lithuanian geopolitical situation of the 20th centurty and presented dominated architectural trends, accentuated history fractures periods and represented examples of the most specific buildings. It is determinated occured features in the time change and shown graphical analysis of the building facades and analysis of structural solutions. It is made the review of the main Lithuanian architecture development stages and a time-band (since 1900 year) in the background of the general architecture trends with introducing such meaningful factors as ideology and economic situation. After the analysis of the visual architectural and structural solutions of the buildings and historical, political environments there are given final findings and observations.Structure: introduction, 6 chapters, research, findings, appendixes.Thesis consist of: 104 p., 142 pictures, 15 tables, 37 bibliographical entries.
