Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos Karo technikos ir transporto muziejaus, esančio Vilniuje Olandų g. 21А, renovacijos galimybės. Šiuo metu Karo technikos ir transporto muziejus yra mažai lankomas, nėra galimybės tinkamai eksponuoti visus vertingus muziejaus eksponatus, muziejaus veikla priklauso nuo oro sąlygų, todėl muziejaus darbui itin svarbus sezoniškumo faktorius. Darbo tikslai: Karo technikos ir transporto muziejaus renovacija, pritaikant nuo oro sąlygų ir kitų išorinių veiksnių nepriklausomą naują pastatą, tinkamą muziejaus veiklai ir visuomenės poreikiams, organizuojant papildomą edukacinę ir visuomeninę veiklą. Darbo uždaviniai: surinkti ir išanalizuoti pasirinkto objekto duomenis; įvertinti pastatų komplekso esamą būklę; išanalizavus vizualinę, istorinę ir ikonografinę medžiagą, nustatyti esamų pastatų vertingąsias savybes; įvertinti konstrukcijų defektus; pateikti objekto renovacijos koncepciją ir pagrindinius sprendinius. Išanalizavus esamą situaciją ir įvertinus konstrukcinius defektus, buvo nustatyta minėtų pastatų komplekso būklė. Dalis esamo komplekso pastatų buvo pastatyti 1932 m., tad atlikus teritorijos analizę, buvo nustatyti architektūrinę vertę turintys pastatai ir jų detalės, kuriuos projekte siekiama išsaugoti ir pritaikyti naujai paskirčiai renovuoto muziejaus veiklos rėmuose. Karo technikos ir transporto muziejaus pastatus ir teritoriją siūloma renovuoti ir pritaikyti šiuolaikinės visuomenės poreikiams, pastatą padaryti ne tik tinkamą muziejaus veiklai, bet ir suteikti šiuolaikišką ir patrauklų įvaizdį. Taip pat siūloma keisti architektūrinę pastatų išraišką, apjungti saugomus pastatus į vientisą kompleksą ir išnaudoti sklypo reljefo ypatumus bei išsaugoti ir sutvarkyti vertingus želdynus.Darbą sudaro 7 dalys: įvadas, esamos būklės analizė, Karo technikos ir transporto muziejaus renovacijos koncepcija, architektūriniai sprendiniai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas, priedai.Darbo apimtis - 58 p. teksto be priedų, 61 iliustr., 1 lent., 20 bibliografinių šaltinių.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
Master's degree thesis analyzes possibilities for renovating Military Equipment and Transport Museum in Olandų st. 21A, Vilnius. Currently, Military Equipment and Transport Museum has few visitors. There is no possibility to exhibit all valuable items properly, the museum activity depends on weather conditions; therefore, seasonal factors are very significant to the museum. Goals of the thesis: renovation of Military Equipment and Transport Museum, constructing a new building, which is resistant to weather condition and other external factors, proper to the needs of museum and society, and organizing additional educational and social activities. Tasks of the thesis: gather and analyze data of the chosen object; analyze current state of the complex; determine valuable features of current buildings, after analyzing visual, historical, and iconographic material; evaluate defects of the structure; provide renovation concept and the main solutions. After analyzing current situation and evaluating structural defects, the state of the complex was determined. A part of existing complex was built in 1932. After analyzing the territory, architecturally valuable buildings and their details were determined, and they should be preserved in the project. Furthermore, they should be applied to in the new renovated museum. It is suggested to renovate buildings and territory of Military Equipment and Transport Museum, and apply it to the needs of modern society, make the building suitable for museum activities, but provide modern and attractive image. Also, it is suggested to change architectural expression of the buildings, connect protected buildings into one complex, use landscape features, preserve and arrange valuable green areas.The thesis consists of 7 parts: an introduction, analysis of current state, the concept of renovated Military Equipment and Transport Museum, architectural solutions, conclusions, list of references, appendixes.Size of the thesis - 58 p. of text without appendixes, 61 pictures, 1 table, 20 references.Appendixes are attached separately.
