Baigiamojo magistro darbe nagrinėjama statybos projekto plėtros etapai, projekto kokybės sąvoka, projekto plėtros kokybės kontrolė, valdymas ir didinimas. Analizuojant pagrindinius statinio projekto plėtojimo etapus (investavimas, projektavimas, statyba bei realizacija), vertinami statybos projektų kokybę didinantys arba mažinantys rodikliai, nustatomi jų ryšiai su statybos projekto plėtros proceso dalyviais. Darbo metu bandoma įrodyti, jog statybos projekto kokybė turi būti formuojama visuose projekto plėtros etapuose. Kokybės užtikrinimas kiekviename plėtros etape leidžia sumažinti riziką, kad projektas nebus įgyvendintas, iki minimumo. Be to darbe formuluojamas teiginys, jog projekto kokybės valdymas pasireiškia, ne tik per suinteresuotų projekto plėtros dalyvių pasiekto interesų patenkinimo lygio, bet ir per veiksnių, procesų, taisyklių visumos, kuriomis yra naudojamasi plėtojant projektą, analizę. Išnagrinėjus teorinius (žinynai, įstatymynė bazė, mokomojo pobūdžio literatūra) ir praktinius statinio projekto plėtros kokybės aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai. Darbą sudaro 10 dalių.Darbo apimtis - 80 p. teksto be priedų, 22 iliustr., 3 lent., 40 bibliografinių šaltinių.
Final master's paper analysis the development stages of construction project, as well as project quality concept and the process of managing, improving and controlling its development. The analysis of the main construction development stages assess the indexes affecting the quality and determines their relationship with the participants of construction project development processes (investment, design, construction and sales). The work presents an attempt to prove that the quality of the construction project must be certained in all stages of project development. Such quality implementation in every stage of project development can reduce the risk of project failure. In addition, the work states the proposition that the project quality management involves analysing not only the satisfaction level achieved by interested project participants, but also within the factors, processes, regulatory framework used in the development project analysis. Examination of theory (handbooks, legislation base, educational literature) and the practical quality aspects of the construction project development provides the conclusions and recommendations of the master's paper.Master's paper consistance: 10 parts, 80 pages, 22 figures, 3 tables, 40 references.
