Baigiamajame magistro darbe tiriamos ciklinės ekonomikos problemos, samprata, pasaulio bei Lietuvos tekstilės pramonė, tekstilės atliekų teisinis reguliavimas bei ciklinės ekonomikos principų taikymas Lietuvos tekstilės pramonėje. Atlikta Lietuvos tekstilės gamintojų kokybinė apklausa, giluminis interviu bei išsami Lietuvos tekstilės statistikos analizė. Remiantis tyrimo rezultatais, pateikta patobulinta Lietuvos tekstilės atliekų surinkimo sistema su centralizuota atliekų rūšiavimo vieta Rygoje su uždaro rato technologiniais sprendimais, kur tekstilės atliekos galėtų būti realizuotos. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius investicinių projektų vertinimo aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai.Darbą sudaro keturios dalys: įvadas, ciklinės (žiedinės) ekonomikos teoriniai aspektai, tekstilės pramonės šakos analizė, Lietuvos tekstilės pramonės problematikos tyrimas, ciklinės ekonomikos principų diegimo Lietuvos tekstilės pramonės šakoje siūlomi sprendimai, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 70 p. teksto be priedų, 39 iliustr., 7 lent., bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The final master's thesis investigates the problems of circular economy, concept, global and Lithuanian textile industry, the legal regulation of textile waste and the application of the principles of cyclical economy in the Lithuanian textile industry. A qualitative survey of Lithuanian textile producers, an in-depth interview and a detailed analysis of Lithuanian textile statistics were performed. Based on the results of the study, it was suggested to create Lithuanian textile waste collection system with a centralized waste sorting site in Riga with closed-loop technological solutions, where textile waste could be sold. After analysing the theoretical and practical aspects of investment project evaluation, the conclusions and suggestions of the final thesis are presented.The work consists of four parts: introduction, theoretical aspects of circular economy model, analysis of the textile industry, the research of Lithuanian textile industry problems, solutions proposed for implementation of circular economy principles in Lithuanian textile industry, conclusions and recommendations, references, appendixes.Thesis consists of: 70 p. text without appendixes,39 pictures, 7 tables, bibliographical sources.Separately attached accessories.
