Statybos projektų vėlavimo priežasčių analizė
Baigiamąjame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos statybos projektų vėlavimo priežastys. Pagrindinis tikslas - statybos projektų vėlavimo veiksnių nustatymas ir vertinimas taikant sukurtą koncepcinį statybos projektų vėlavimo veiksnių modelį ir daugiakriterio vertinimo metodus. Pirmojoje darbo dalyje nagrinėjama mokslinė literatūra, apibrėžiama projekto samprata, įvardijama statybos projektų eiga bei jų dalyviai. Antrojoje dalyje išskiriami pagrindiniai vėlavimo tipai, sudaromas statybos projektų vėlavimą lemiančių veiksnių modelis, aptariami daugiakriterio vertinimo metodai. Tiriamojoje darbo dalyje atlikta apklausa, kuria buvo nustatytos pagrindinės statybos projektų vėlavimo priežastys, kurios buvo suskirstytos į 8 grupes. Skaičiavimai atlikti naudojantis santykinės svarbos indekso (RII), ekspertų vertinimo bei juos jungiančiu integruotojo reikšmingumo metodais. Apibendrinus gautus teorinius ir praktinius tyrimo rezultatus pateikiamos išvados ir pasiūlymai. Darbo apimtis - 67 puslapiai teksto be priedų, 16 paveikslų, 17 lentelių, 49 bibliografiniai šaltiniai bei priedai.
The final master's thesis is analysing the causes for the delay of construction projects. The main purpose of the thesis is to identify and evaluate construction project delay factors using the developed conceptual model of construction project delay factors and multi-criteria evaluation methods. The scientific literature is analysed in the first part of the work. Also there are defined the concept of the project, the process of construction projects and their participants. In the second part, there are explained the main types of delays, also there is created a model of factors determining the delays of construction projects, and there are discussed multi-criteria evaluation methods. In the research part of the work, a survey was conducted, which identified the main reasons for delays in construction projects, which were divided into 8 groups. Calculations were performed using the relative importance index (RII), expert evaluation and those two connected methods - integrated significance. After summarizing the obtained theoretical and practical research results, conclusions and suggestions are presented. Thesis consists of: 67 pages text without appendixes, 16 figures, 17 tables, 49 bibliographical sources and appendixes.
