Šiame tyrime buvo nagrinėjami pramonės 4.0 diegimo įmonėse iššūkiai ir galimi pataisymai. Siekiant atskleisti šiuos iššūkius, buvo atliktas išsamus ankstesnių tyrimų įvertinimas. Dėl to buvo sudarytas pagrindinių iššūkių, pranašumų ir sprendimų sąrašas organizacijoms diegiant Pramonė 4.0. Tada, siekiant nustatyti, kaip į šiuos kriterijus žiūri ekspertai, buvo sukurta ir jiems išplatinta anketa. Į apklausą buvo gauta daug atsakymų, todėl buvo gautos nuostabios išvados. Remiantis duomenų analize, respondentai mano, kad standartų trūkumo, kibernetinio saugumo įtvirtinimo ir duomenų valdymo iššūkių įveikimui bus sunku priimti pramonę 4.0.Darbą sudaro 7 dalys: įvadas, teoriniai Pramonė 4.0 aspektai ir jos iššūkiai, giliai sistemingai peržiūrint nuorodų, anketinis tyrimas apie Pramonė 4.0 iššūkius, išvados ir pasiūlymai bei literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 44 p. tekstas su 1 priedu, 14 paveikslėlių, 5 lentelėmis ir 17 literatūros šaltinių.
This study looked into the challenges and potential fixes for Industry 4.0 adoption in businesses. An detailed evaluation of the prior studies was done to uncover these challenges. As a consequence, a list of the main challenges, advantages, and solutions for the organizations' adoption of Industry 4.0 was created. Then, in order to determine how these criteria are viewed by experts, a questionnaire was created and distributed to them. The survey received a significant number of responses, which led to remarkable findings. According to data analysis, the respondents believe that overcoming the lack of standards, establishing cyber security, and data management challenges will be difficult for their adoption of Industry 4.0.The work consists of 7 parts: introduction, theoretical aspects of Industry 4.0 and its challenges by deep systematic review of references, survey research about the challenges of Industry 4.0, conclusions and proposals and references.Thesis consists of 44 p. text with 1 appendix, 14 images, 5 tables and 17 references.
