Baigiamojo darbo tema - „Teismui tinkančių skaitmeninių įrodymų rinkimas iš debesijos pagrindu veikiančių Android aplikacijų”. Šio tiriamojo darbo tikslas yra atlikti teismo ekspertizės analizę, naudojant atvirojo kodo įrankius trijose, debesijos pagrindu veikiančiose, ”Android” aplikacijose. Teorininėje darbo dalyje aptariami skaitmeninės teismo ekspertizės procesai, kylantys iššūkiai ir būdai, kuriais siekiama išvengti arba sutrugdyti tyrimo eigą, bei atliekamas nuodugnus susijusios literatūros vertinimas. Praktinėje dalyje pateikiamas skirtingais poreikiais pagrįstas požiūris, ieškant ir renkant įrodymus iš mobiliųjų įrenginių. Atsižvelgiant į rezultatus, didžioji dalis svarbiausių įkalčių, reikalingų teimo ekspertizės tyrimui, buvo surinkta naudojant standartinius atvirojo kodo įrankius.Magistro darbo struktūra: • Įvadas, kuriame pateikiama šio tyrimo problematika, uždaviniai ir tikslas;• Literatūros šaltinių apžvalgoje analizuojami skaitmeninės kriminalistikos metodai ir iššūkiai, bei būdai, kuriais siekiama išvengti arba sutrugdyti tyrimo eigą;• Pateikiama naudojama metodologija;• Rezultatų ir analizės dalyje įtrauktos rekomendacjos, pagrįstos teismo tyrėjų analizėmis;• Pateikiamos darbo išvadosMagistro darbą sudaro 56 puslapiai, 7 paveikslai, 29 nuorodos
