Šio magistro darbo tikslas - sukurti darnaus konkurencingumo modelį Nigerijos naftos perdirbimo pramonei. Šio tyrimo tikslas - išanalizuoti ir įvertinti ryšį tarp naftos kompanijos finansinių rezultatų ir darnumo rodiklių, naudojant tyrimo eigos logiką, svertinį vidurkį ir regresinę analizę. Antrame skyriuje pateikiama teorinė literatūros apžvalga apie darnumo sampratą, naudą ir iššūkius, taip pat aprašomi veiksniai, turintys įtaką naftos ir dujų sektoriaus plėtrai. Trečiame skyriuje pristatoma šiame tyrime naudota metodika, daugiausia dėmesio skiriant regresinei analizei ir svertinio vidurkio analizei, akcentuojama tyrimo sekos logika. Ketvirtajame skyriuje pristatoma praktinė tyrimo dalis, kurioje tiriami ir analizuojami atrinkti veiksniai, darantys įtaką Nigerijos naftos ir dujų pramonei, ir darnaus konkurencingumo rodikliai, padedantys analizuoti ryšį tarp pelningumo ir darnumo. Darbą sudaro dalys: Įvadas, 3 skyriai: darnaus konkurencingumo sampratos literatūros apžvalga, regresinė analizė, išvados, apribojimai ir pasiūlymai tolesniems tyrimams bei literatūros sąrašas.Darbą sudaro 81 psl. teksto be priedų, 61 bibliografiniai šaltiniai, 21 lentelė ir 5 paveikslai.
The purpose of this master's thesis is to create a sustainable competitiveness model in the Nigerian oil industry. The aim of this thesis is to combine weighted mean, design science research and regression analysis to analyze and assess the relationship between oil company's financial performance and indicators of sustainable competitiveness.After the introduction in the first chapter, there are three other chapters in this thesis. The second chapter presents the literature review on the concept of sustainability, the three-bottom line of sustainability, the benefits and challenges of sustainability, as well as the factors impacting the development of the oil and gas sector.The third chapter presents the methodology used in this research with a focus on regression analysis and weighted mean analysis. It also presents the methodology for carrying out design science research.The fourth chapter presents the research's practical component, in which the selected drivers and indicators of sustainable competitiveness are studied and analyzed in order to aid in the analysis of the relationship between profitability and sustainable competitiveness as well as the factors impacting the Nigerian oil and gas industry.Finally, there is a conclusion, limitations, and suggestions for future research. Structure: Introduction, 3 chapters: A literature review of the concept of sustainability and sustainable competitiveness, integration of regression analysis. Conclusions, limitations and suggestions for further research and references.Scope of the thesis: The thesis consists of an 80-page text without the inclusion of annexes, 140 bibliographical entries, 21 tables, and 8 figures.
