Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama Lean motivacijos sistema automobilių komponentų pramonės įmonėse. Pateikiama mokslinės literatūros analizė. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas - sudaryti Lean motivacijos modelį skirta automobilių komponentų pramonės įmonėms kurio pagalba į lean diegima būtu įtraukiami ir gamybos padaliniuose dirbantys darbuotojai. Atlikti empyriniai tyrimimai kiekybinės apklausos ir pateikti jų metu gauti rezultatai. Sudaromas LEAN motivacijos modelis automobilių komponentų pramonės įmonėms. Darbą sudaro trys dalys: įvadas, Lean diegimo motyvavimo automobilių komponentų gamybos įmonėse teorinių aspektų analizė, teorinė aspektų analizė, Lean diegimo motyvavimo automobilių komponentų gamybos įmonėse empyrinių tyrimų analizė, Lean motivacinės sistemos modelis, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas, priedai.Darbo apimtis - 61 p. teksto be priedų, 33 iliustr., 1 lent.Atskirai pridedami priedai.
The final master's thesis analyses the Lean motivation system in the automotive components industry. An analysis of the scientific literature is presented. The aim of the thesis is to create Lean motivation models for the automotive components industry, which would involve employees working in shop floor in order to implement lean production system. Empirical research has been conducted in quantitative surveys and the results obtained during research have been presented. LEAN motivation model for automotive components industry is developed.The work consists of three parts: introduction, analysis of theoretical aspects of Lean implementation motivation in automotive components manufacturing companies, theoretical aspects analysis, analysis of empirical research of Lean implementation motivation in automotive components manufacturing companies, Lean motivation system model, conclusions and suggestions, references.Thesis consists of: 61 p. text without appendixes, 33 figures, 1 table.Accessories are included separately.
