BIM projekto vykdymo plano gairės ir praktinės rekomendacijos kelių paskirties statiniams
Pagrindinis baigiamojo darbo tikslas yra parengti BIM projekto įgyvendinimo plano kelių paskirties statiniams gaires su metodiniais nurodymais, kurios būtų pritaikytos Lietuvos statybos rinkai. Tikslui pasiekti darbe iškelti šie uždaviniai: atlikti su tema susijusių informacijos šaltinių analizę, susipažinti su užsienio šalių BIM projekto įgyvendinimo planais, kurie būtų pritaikyti kelių paskirties statiniams ir pagal nustatytus vertinimo kriterijus atlikti jų analizę bei sukurti pavyzdinę BIM projekto vykdymo plano formą, pritaikytą kelių paskirties statiniams. Pirmame darbo skyriuje pateikiama informacijos šaltinių analizė. Antrame skyriuje pateikta pasirinktų BIM vykdymo planų lyginamoji analizė pagal nustatytus kriterijus. Analizuojami Singapūro, Jungtinių Amerikos Valstijų, Jungtinės Karalystės dokumentai bei standartas LST ISO/TS 12911:2015, kuriame aprašyta BEP dokumento struktūra. Trečiasis skyrius skirtas BEP formos sudarymui su praktinėmis rekomendacijomis. Prieduose pateikta BIM vykdymo plano kelių paskirties statiniams forma.Darbo apimtis - 73 psl. be priedų, 12 lentelių, 20 paveikslėlių, 11 literatūros šaltinių, 1 priedas.
The main goal of the final thesis is to develop BIM project execution plan (BEP) guidelines and practical recommendations for road construction projects, that would be adapted to the Lithuanian construction industry. In order to achieve the goal, the following tasks have been set in the work: to analyze information sources related to the topic to familiarize with the BIM execution plans of foreign countries, which would be adapted for road construction projects and to analyze them according to the established evaluation criteria also to create a form of the BIM project execution plan adapted for road construction projects. The first section contains an analysis of information sources. The second chapter provides a comparative analysis of selected BIM execution plans according to established criteria. The paper analyzes the documents of Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom and the standard LST ISO / TS 12911: 2015, which describes the structure of the BEP document. The third chapter is devoted to the form of BEP with practical recommendations. The annex provide BIM execution plan for road construction projects.Thesis consist of: 73 p. without appendixes, 12 tables, 20 pictures, 11 literature sources, 1 annex.
