Sprendimų priėmimo proceso tobulinimas mažose ir vidutinėse pramonės įmonėse

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos smulkių ir vidutinių metalo apdirbimo pramonės įmonių sprendimų priėmimo proceso problemos, kurios yra labai svarbios įmonės valdymui. Lietuvos pramonės įmonės apžvelgtos ir suskirstytos pagal technologijų naujumo lygį. Empiriniu tyrimu atlikta metalo apdirbimo įmonių sprendimų priėmimo proceso problemų analizė, nustatytos dažniausiai pasitaikančios problemos. Išsiaiškintos dažniausiai kylančių problemų priežastys. Pateiktas grafinis duomenų ir ryšio vaizdavimas. Sudarytas siūlomas smulkių ir vidutinių pramonės įmonių sprendimo priėmimo proceso modelis. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius sprendimų priėmimo modelius ir aspektus, pateikiamos išvados ir pasiūlymai.Darbą sudaro septynios dalys: įvadas, sprendimo priėmimo teorinių teiginių analizė, sprendimo priėmimo proceso analizė mažose ir vidutinėse metalo apdirbimo pramonės įmonėse, darbuotojų įtraukimo, vykdant sprendimų priėmimą modelis, išvados ir gautų duomenų svarba problemai spręsti, siūlymai ir literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 60 p. teksto be priedų, 13 iliustr., 6 lent., 26 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The final master thesis analyses the problems of decision-making process development in small and medium enterprises of metal industry. These problems are of vital importance for the management of the enterprise. Lithuanian industrial enterprises are reviewed and classified according to the level of technological novelty. The empirical research has been carried out in order to analize the problems of decision-making process development in small and medium enterprises of metal industry, the most frequent problems and its' reasons have been ascertained. The graphical representation of data and link is submitted. The suggested model of decision-making development process in small and medium industrial enterprises has been structured. Having analyzed the theoretical and practical models and aspects of decision-making, the conclusions and suggestions are submitted.Structure: introduction, analysis of theoretical statements of decision-making, analysis of decision-making process in small and medium enterprises of metal industry, the model of employees involvment while carrying out the decision-making, conclusions and the importance of the collected data to the problem sollution, suggestions and references.Thesis consists of: 60 p. text without appendixes, 13 pictures, 6 tables, 26 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included.
