Baigiamojo magistro darbo užduotis - suformuoti naują reabilitacijos centrų įvaizdį parengiant suaugusių reabilitacijos centro projektą pasirinktoje teritorijoje Santariškių mikrorajone, Vilniuje. Darbe nagrinėjama reabilitacijos centrų genezė ir raida, tipologija, analizuojama pasaulinė reabilitacijos centrų projektavimo praktika. Aptariamas architektūrinės raiškos formavimas. Projektuojamas reabilitacijos centras yra paskutinė integracijos į kasdienį gyvenimą pakopa. Centre projektuojamos ne tik gyvenamoji, reabilitacinė, bet ir rekreacinė funkcija, kuria skatinamas pacientų užimtumas ir įgūdžių lavinimas. Vidinės rekreacinės erdvės - kiemeliai - skirti ne tik poilsiui, bet ir prisitaikymo prie galimų kliūčių kasdieniniame gyvenime paruošimui. Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, analitine dalis, vietos tyrimai, variantinis projektavimas, išvados, projektas.Darbo apimtis - 72 p. teksto be priedu, 56 iliustracija, 23 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai (12).
The task of the following master's thesis is formulating the new image of rehabilitation centres by setting up a project of the adult rehabilitation center in the selected territory, Santariškės micro - district in Vilnius.The paper focuses on the genesis and development of the rehabilitation centres, the typology. Furthermore, global practice of rehabilitation centre design is analysed. The formation of architectural expression is discussed. The projected rehabilitation centre is the final stage of integration into daily life. It is not only the residential and rehabilitation functions that are being projected in the centre but recreational one as well which encourages patients' occupation and skill development.Inner recreational spaces - courtyards - are devoted not only for recreational purpose but also for preparing to cope with potential obstacles in daily life.The paper consists of six parts: introduction, analytical part, local research, experimental design, conclusion, the project.The thesis contains 72 pages excluding the appendixes, 56 illustrations, 23 bibliographical references. 12 appendixes follow separately.
