Vilniaus Naujamiesčio pietinės dalies urbanistinės struktūros ribos koncepcija

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama Vilniaus centrinę dalį reprezentuojančio rajono - Naujamiesčio pietinės dalies urbanistinės struktūros riba. Naujamiesčio pietinės dalies padėtis lemia skirtingų pastarąją teritoriją ribojančių ruožų problematiką. Pietinė riba sutampa su centrinio miesto rajono riba. Ruožas priklauso centrinės miesto dalies apvažiavimo sistemai. Kitos ribos nėra aiškiai suvokiamos. Rytinėje dalyje Naujamiesčio urbanistinė struktūra jungiasi su Senamiesčiu. Teisinė Senamiesčio riba neišreiškia morfologinės struktūrų jungties. Šiaurės Vakarų ruožo struktūra dar nebaigta formuoti, numatomos konversijos galimybės. Siekiant nustatyti tokių teritorijų raidos prioritetus, svarbu nustatyti skirtybes, įvardinti urbanistines ribas. Naujamiesčio urbanistinė struktūra išsidėsčiusi ant viršutinės Neries upės terasos, sutampa su šlaito viršutine linija. Magistro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjama galimybė - urbanistines struktūras jungti per erdvinę integraciją, įterpiant papildomą struktūrinį elementą - ribą, išreiškiančią išlikusius gamtinius elementus. Ribos nustatomos pagal istorinę-urbanstinę, morfologinių stuktūrų analizes, urbanizuoto kraštovaizdžio tyrimą. Darbo tikslas - parengti Naujamiesčio pietinės dalies urbanistinės struktūros ribos hierarchizuotą koncepciją. Išskiriamos trys ribos sudarytos iš skirtingo lygio mazgų sistemų. Kuriamas Naujamiesčio pietinės dalies stuktūrinis modelis, apimantis skirtingo rango ribų mazgus. Rengiamas Naujamiesčio pietinės dalies ir gretimų struktūrų aukštingumo modelis, semantizuojantis viršutinę Neries upės terasą. Pasiūloma vieno ribos ruožo tarp Savanorių pr. užstatymo ir Naujamiesčio pietinės dalies struktūrizuota koncepcija. Skirtingų urbanistinių struktūrų ribą sudaro viešųjų erdvių sistema. Išskiriami svarbiausi mazgai, sutampa su aukštesnių pasatų grupėmis - šlaito viršūnėmis. Numatomi vizualiniai ryšiai tarp skirtingų Neries upės terasų. Detalizuojamas pasirinktas mazgas tarp Žemaitės gatvės ir urbanistinių struktūrų ribos sankirtos.
Final master thesis considers the urban structure edge of the Southern part of Naujamiestis representing the district of central part of Vilnius. The situation of considered territory determines the topics of different edges. The Southern edge coincides with the edge of the central city district, belongs to the circuit system of central city part. Other edges are not clearly comprehended. The urban structure of Naujamiestis district coheres with Old town in the eastern part. Juridical Old town edge does not mean the connection of morphological structures. The structure of the Northwest sector has not yet finalized to shape, there are possibilities for conversion. In order to determine the development priorities of such territories, it is essential to define differences, to identify urban edges. The urban structure of Naujamiestis district is situated on the upper terrace of Neris, it coincides with the line of the upper slope. Suggested possibility to connect the urban structures through spatial integration, inserting additional structural element - edge, which represents remaining elements of nature. According to the historical-urban, morphological structure and the urban landscape analysis, the edges are determined. Establishing hierarchical concept of the urban structure edge of the Southern part of Naujamiestis is considered as the main objective of the final thesis. There are three edges distinguished. The structural model of the southern part of Naujamiestis is established, the nodes of different grade are included. The height model of Southern part of Naujamiestis and neighboring structure is arranged. The structural concept of the edge between building of Savanoriai prospect and Southern part of Naujamiestis has been suggested. The system of public spaces comprises the edge of different urban structures. The highlighted main nodes coincide with groups of higher buildings - meaning top of slope. Visual links between different terraces of Neris are set. Chosen node between Žemaitė Street and the intersection of the urban structure edge is detailed.
