Transporto įmonių konkurencinės aplinkos vertinimo tyrimas
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjami įmonių konkurencinės aplinkos vertinimo ypatumai teoriniu aspektu. Analizuojama transporto įmones supanti konkurencinė aplinka. Išanalizavus konkurencinės aplinkos vertinimo kriterijus bei metodologines prieigas, išskirti konkurencinės aplinkos vertinimo kriterijai. Tiriamojoje dalyje atlikta transporto įmonių anketinė apklausa, kuri suteikė galimybę susisteminti svarbiausius konkurencinės aplinkos kriterijus transporto įmonėms. Remiantis tyrimo metu gautais rezultatais konkurencinės aplinkos vertinimo modelis adaptuotas transporto įmonėms. Ekspertinis modelio vertinimas patvirtino modelio tinkamumą ir pritaikomumą transporto įmonių konkurencinei aplinkai vertinti. Darbą sudaro 5 dalys: įvadas, teorinė dalis, praktinio tyrimo dalis, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 62 p. teksto be priedų, 29 paveikslai, 5 lentelės. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The master thesis presents a theoretical point of the company environment features. The analysis of the transport companies surrounding competetive environment. In the analytical part, the analysis of the competetive environment of the evaluation criteria and methological approaches, indentifies the competetive environmentof the evaluation criteria, which appears during the analysis, is suitablefor any industry and competetive environment to assess. The explotary part of the transport company to guestioning, which makes it possible to structure the most important environment criteria for the transport sector. Acording to the survey results, obtained from the competetive environmental evaluation, the model is adapted to the transport sector. The expert evaluation confirmed the patterrn of the relevance and applicability of the transport companies to assess the competetive environment. The work consists of 5 parts, investigation, the theoretical part, the practical part, the practical part of the study,the conclusions and the suggestions, the references.
