Daugiaaukščių gyvenamųjų namų projektų įgyvendinimo procesų analizė taikant BIM metodologiją ir daugiakriterį vertinimą
Baigiamajame magistrantūros studijų darbe nagrinėjama esama situacija pasaulyje ir Lietuvoje gyvenamosios statybos sektoriuje. Aptariamos BIM kryptys įvairiose šalyse ir Lietuvoje. Literatūros apžvalgoje aptarti BIM naudojimo privalumai, galimybės ir nauda, bei iššūkiai, su kuriais susiduriama diegiant ir taikant BIM. Darbe aptariama kalendorinio grafiko nauda statyboje. Aptariamas statybos informacijos modeliavimo priėmimas daugiabučių statyboje, bei BIM trūkumai. Teorinėje dalyje aptariama tiriamoji problema, darbo aktualumas, aprašomas tyrimų objektas. Analitinėje tiriamojoje dalyje aprašomas objektas, kuris buvo statomas klasikiniu statybos būdu, mišriu statybos būdu, bei pritaikius BIM. Atliekamas statybos metodų palyginimas. Nagrinėjamos statybos metu atsirandančios problemos, kurioms spręsti pritaikomas BIM. Kaip alternatyva sukurtas sta-tybvietės, bei pastato modelis. Darbe nagrinėjama BIM diegimo statybos įmonėje, privalumai ir trūkumai, palyginama programinė įranga kuri būtų tinkamiausia mažoms statybos įmonėms. Darbe pateiktos išvados ir pasiūlymai, įrodytas BIM atsiperkamumas statant daugiabučių kvartalą.
The final master's thesis examines the current situation in the world and in Lithuanian in the residential construction sector. BIM crypts in various countries and Lithuania are discussed. Lite - advantages, opportunities and benefits of using BIM, challenges, encounters with the use of BIM. The paper discusses the benefits of a calendar schedule in construction. Adoption of "flat" information information modeling for multi-apartment builders, as well as "BIM shortcomings". The theoretical part discusses the research problem, the relevance of the work, describes the object of research. BIM, which was developed as a typical construction method, was also adapted to BIM. "Comparison of construction methods is performed". Problems arising during construction, for which BIM needs to be adapted, are examined. As an alternative, a model of a construction site and a building has been developed. The paper examines the BIM implementation business enterprise, mandatory and disadvantages, satellite software, which will be the best for small construction companies. Conclusions and suggestions of the work, proved BIM payback in the construction of an apartment block.
