Apleistų teritorijų pertvarkymo pagal darnos principus Ukmergės mieste analizė

Mano baigiamajame magistriniame darbe buvo nagrinėjama apleistų teritorijų pertvarkymo galimybių paieška Ukmergės mieste vadovaujantis darnos principais. Norint įgyvendinti darbo tikslą, literatūroje buvo ieškoma darnios plėtros termino atsiradimo priežasčių ir tikrosios reikšmės. Kad suprastumėme apleistų teritorijų įtaką miesto darnumui, reikėjo apibrėžti apleistų teritorijų termino reikšmę ir sužinoti problemos mastą Lietuvoje. Baigus analitinę darbo dalį, Ukmergės rajono savivaldybės sąrašo pagalba ir gyventojų apklausa socialiniame tinkle buvo išrinktos apleistos teritorijos esančios Ukmergės mieste. Norint įvertinti atrinktų teritorijų pertvarkymo galimybes, buvo pasirinkta integruoto vertinimo modelio metodika. Kad pasirinkta metodika tiktų Lietuvos miestams, buvo atliekama elektroninė apklausa darnos indikatorių svorių nustatymui. Pasiruošus teritorijų vertinimui, trys iš atrinktų apleistų teritorijų buvo pasirinktos analizei. Atliekant analizę buvo sudaromi kiekvieno objekto aplinkinės teritorijos situacijos brėžiniai AutoCAD MAP 3D programine įranga. Pagal išanalizuotas teritorijas užpildžius metodikos lenteles buvo skaičiuojami darnumo taškai ir darnumo laipsniai. Pagal darnumo laipsnius nusprendžiama į kokią paskirtį pertvarkyti nagrinėjamą teritoriją. Visų trijų teritorijų vertinimo rezultatai sutapo arba buvo artimi bendrojo plano sprendiniams.Darbą sudaro įvadas, 3 skyriai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas ir priedai.Bendra darbo apimtis - 51 puslapis teksto be priedų, 23 iliustracijos, 5 lentelės, panaudota 40 literatūros šaltinių, 11 priedų.
Search for rearrangement possibilities for derelict lands based on sustainability principles in Ukmergė town was examined in my masters degree final thesis. In order to achieve my goal I was searching for causes of occurrence and true meaning of term ”sustainable development”. To understand the impact of derelict lands we had to find out the meaning of the term and scale of the issue in Lithuania. After finishing the analytical part of my thesis data about derelict lands in Ukmergė town was collected with the help of a list of derelict lodging in Ukmergė town and a survey in a social network. Integrated assessment model was chosen In order to assess possibilities of rearrangement of chosen lands. To make the model fit Lithuanian cities a survey was made to determine weights of sustainability indicators used in the model. After getting ready for assessment three of all found derelict lands were chosen for analysis. Drawings of the surrounding areas around each of the chosen lands were made with AutoCAD MAP 3D software. According to analyzed lands, model assessment table was filled and sustainability points and degrees were counted. Conclusions were made on what type of land use to choose for rearrangement of the land in question depending on sustainability degrees. Results of all three chosen territories coincided or were close to solutions of general plan.Thesis consists of preface, 3 chapters, conclusions, reference list and supplements.Extent of this work - 51 pages of text without supplements, 23 illustrations, 5 tables, 40 references and 11 supplements
